Captainstanley, I think thats a good point you’ve made. No one knows either way. It either goes to rat**** or we SUDDENLY get an an rns that says finance away with/without dilution, with /without bonds or with/without a partner. We either wait and sweat( and do the enforced diet) or we sell. Binary. I’m waiting and losing weight. I have also readied money to either jump in more on good news or prepare to buy if it’s dilution or bonds for pis. But, I am already down £70k so I would sooner lose the last £7k than walk away. Just my opinion. I wouldn’t offer any advice to anyone to do the same as me. Just my mental attitude is stubborn to the end. It’s not over until it’s really and truly over.

Morning John2015. I couldn’t just sit by without doing something. I suppose I was hoping the thoughts of an investor bond had been mooted within the company. I was working on the thoughts that maybe anyone with an isa in a building society may risk the bond at 2 x £10k if it was offered and get a huge increase in interest over the 1% that they get. I’m not saying it won’t be offered but maybe it’s not required or it’s too messy to administer.

I think I went in it because it’s localish and the North is largely forgotten. If I get wiped out I’ll look for something else in the North to invest in. Hopefully I won’t have to. JR has made me a glass almost full person. In it to win it.

I knew he wasn’t go to tell me anything sensitive when he asked if I could take the call. But I thought why not. I think my mail was a bit vague. They are aware of the list thats running from one of the posters about the bonds and keep an eye on what we think. Meanwhile I’ll continue with my Whitley Neil until Monday. It’ll deaden the weekend.

Prob not. But I don’t do the give up bit. When they screw the lid down on me I’ll stop. It was for my kids and I’ll chase it till the end. Probably a flaw in my character. I’ll live with it.

Bit more on the call with Sirius now I’ve got time, bit delayed tonight wife not well. I was discussing the possibility of the £400 mill in bonds being purchased by us pis rather than the institutions and the fact that it would allow them to carry on at full speed until next Sept. The aquifer would have been passed and the risk massively reduced. I won’t say the idea was turned down flat but I got the idea that it wasn’t required because something else may be running in the background. I obviously don’t know that but I just got that feeling. I thanked him for ringing me to discuss and left it at that. I’m intrigued as to how it pans out now. I know we are being told it’s all over and we are at the end of the rainbow with no pot of gold...but thats just as big a guess as us saying it’s all going to be ok. I’m afraid at the moment we just have to wait and see what occurs. I ‘m still happy to throw in money rather than lose everything. Maybe they weren't prepared for that approach!

Lets hope they have wind of a deal then.

Fred, he gave me the same info. I mailed to ask him the question of whether Sirius would issue the bonds to pis rather than institutions. The answer was no. They are dealing with it. End of. He said a big thanks to everyone that had sent mails offering the same thing and for the support they receive from some investors. We chatted for several minutes and I came away feeling quit positive that they were doing all they could. See what happens next week. Good luck long termers. We may need it.

A good shot there Tiggerman. I just fear it will frustrate the life out of you if you get the usual govt. corporate b****x reply. They always seem to think we are asking for cash. Not difficult to act as guarantor for a loan. Good try though. Can’t thumbs up cos it doesn’t work.:-)

Sorry, just been on the grandkids school pickup. Surprised they haven’t stopped trading. Nothings changed this week except the tbms done another 200m plus, the shafts are progressing and the sites are still moving forwards. Planning for the spoils through as per Myos post. I think its just panic. The top and bottom is on these boards certain posters are taunting people into selling. I hope it jumps up in the last hour and well and truly stuffs them. I’ll p**s my pants laughing.

Feel any better deos? I had 15 mins with them yesterday and I must say I felt as though it all seemed in hand. Only my opinion but I just came away thinking I could just forget all the commotion and let them run with it. I know there is nothing we can do really but I felt assured it was all moving in the right direction. Having said that I wasn’t told anything in particular that isn’t already out there to read on the internet.
