What foes Hughes get out of it? Question should be who will Zeus be selling to?

As I said there are some interesting players on board with interesting back stories and not all their connections have been highlighted and they are the interesting bits...

Funds buy shares...investors buy into funds..cash then available to invest...how long has this been going on or has it just started...

I also didn't see any mention of Nazdaq listing ...

I'm not a Sceptic just yet...but it's what was not said today that might be more of a signpost for what comes next...

RH getting investors to buy some shares so Avacta can pay cash to cover next two qrtly payments isn't really a great solution...SP will just be driven down to get them.

Product deals being negotiated...well that's OK but they need to come with big upfront payments because right now the cash burn is extremely high and the odd couple of £m just won't cut it.

Did our other new NED actually speak up today? If product deals are expected in the next few months and Hughes is going to get a few of his mates to buy some shares to cover ghe next coiple of Heights payments then what is the other chappie going to be doing for Avacta?

What is the point of these Qrtly updates if they merely repeat what has already been RNSd...they are so Stateside...!!

The Zeus Fund has a two part investment strategy...Core and Satellite...could we fit into a Satellite investment if a Royalty Advance deal is cut with Heathcare Royalty...sure would be a quick way for a fund to make a fast buck if SP takes a leap on the news...

David Bryant is retired but is currently an Advisor to Healthcare Royalty (HCRx), a US-based healthcare focused private investment business.

So why take a NED position with itsy bitsy Avacta when he's supposed to be checking out potential investment companies in the UK and Europe for Healthcare Royalty...!!???

What has he and Hughes have had access to since becoming NEDs or even prior...DATA!!? and both are Insiders.

HarChris...you're selling them short...no my hope is for a Royalties Advance Deal in the region of £250m.

Such a deal would shoot the SP up and Zeus/their customers will make a nice quick buck selling the shares they've been buying over the past few weeks.

All the clues are there if you guys stopped bickering with each other and actually read the RNSs and info being given to you.

Why has it taken until now to announce Zeus as a joint broker??? Orders filled!!!!😂😉

Now where are they at regarding last point...? Note 2 new NED's about to be voted on...has one of them been in the background for some time...???

BV..yes...and as you say the focus has very much been narrowed to PreCision and Precision/Affimer...and funding is key to everything now. Collaborations are just that 'collaborations' and they too cost and take up lab time/expense. Other deals will have to be at the expense of the deal maker or come with some upfront money. Right now, our best bet is to get someone like Richard Byant to secure a medium to long term funding arrangement with Healthcare Royalty (HCRx), the US-based healthcare focused private investment business so the rediculously expensive Loan can be paid off and Avacta can push on with the AVA6000 trials and once they have even more data, hopefully start securing Partnership deals for other PreCision +? products.

Then, to muddy the waters, in the last RNS (1b response update) they ssid...

'Further, the Company will provide a business update on the date of the Annual General Meeting, on July 2, 2025.'

So before, during, after the AGM...take your pick.

Have to say since our new FD came on board the RNS's have had a lot of mixed messaging...
