VS...one is based in Boston the other is UK based...covering all bases and one assumes a much wider contact base.

Where is the £13m going to come from before the January deadline. They would not have agreed such a deal unless they knew there was a real likelyhood they would get that sort of money from either an upfront deal payment or specialist investor. Plus CC would have made the comment she did either.

B2..what are you on about?..I was just pointing out the fact she joined Avacta in March 2022 as a NED and that will be 4 years ago when we hit March 2026...question being is she/the Board in it for the long term...surely that would have a bearing on possible T/O discussions.

We also know that the Bond Payments are now covered/deferred through July 2026 based on Avacta securing £13m prior to 15 Jan.

So what does the above tell us...

A Partnership Deal for AVA6000 is pretty much in the can between now and 15 Jan based on data readouts between now and then and my guess is this deal will either come with an upfront payment of £13m or a Royalty Deal from a Specialist Investor. I assume such a Partnership deal will be to take AVA60000 to market with triple-negative breast cancer bring the primary target market.

Or am I completely misreading the situation/info we have been given...

They're not looking for a low entry point, they're here to get you to sell hence the dip in SP so their minders/whoever they work can pick them up cheeply to fill orders as the new ones don't hit the market for some time yet. Just bide your time guys. This is a great company with real prospects and now Coris is in the bag I think we should see some movement in the Specialty Investor stakes with their financial backing it will put real pressure on the deal making terms.

Nobody really cares about what Dox does or does not do...it's what PreCision does. PreCision is what is being trialled not Dox.

PreCision and Precision alone has done what it says on the tin in these two initial safety trials...yes safety trials not efficacy trials.

What Dox does and does not do was patented years ago. It's a very nasty toxic drug which when administered at it's own tried, tested and approved levels has some very severe damaging side effects. It's also well documented that it doesn't work the same with every tumor type, at every stage of tumour growth/position in the body and/or with every patient type. It's results are mixed just like any med so stop blaming PreCision.

PreCision is there to simply take it's payload to it's target location using FAP as a lock on locator and to deposit it's payload safely on arrival. In doing so, it avoids, in this case Dox, freely circulating around the body and happily attacking vital organs as well. It's a containment/delivery system...that's it...and the knock on is virually no side effects, little or no vital organ damage and as a bonus it's potentially going to be possible to deliver a great payload over a shorter cycle.

Now get over it guys and move on...
