There's a shed load of posters. Yes he will have to pug up his poster and take it down within the 45min slot. Hopefully he will end up with some great contacts/interested parties for Avacta to follow up with at the Conference or another time. These Conferences are pure networking events and you have to be seen at them if you want to be taken seriously.

Now...if you are big Pharma, would you go in headlong for AVA6000 as a Partner or would you also want first pick on a Licence deals with your own warhead in one or both of the next two pipeline products too?

There's obviously mention of Partnering but do they have to Partner with Pharma or could they simply Partner with Healthcasre Royalty for example on the basis Avacta takes AVA6000 to market themselves using Contract Marketing/Manufacturing etc. Avacta would then pay HR Royalties again sales. Such an agreement could always be changed should a 'stonking' Pharma Partnership deals be presented later on as mosre data arrives.

I just think - and it's a feeling more than hard proof, that a Partnership Deal for AVA6000 is in the bag (financially right now, it has to be) and they are now starting to direct the narrative more towards Licencing/Pipeline...It just feels rather like hiring personnel when you have to put the ad out to the market even though many companies have targetted the right candidate. I still think the HC T/O by KKR in July has not changed HC's plans just delayed them...'HCRx’s team will collaborate closely with KKR’s health care team to provide a range of financing solutions across the biopharma sector.'

B2...clinical effect usually refers to efficacy...right now we're only carrying out safety trials which have shown some efficacy. At what point will a Partner jump...how much efficacy will they want to see??? That's the one question none of us can answer right now.

Ice...I'm not worried re finance...as Hurst said it's anout what they haven't said. In fact I'm more confident now than I ever was that it's been sorted and the buy out of Heathcare Royalty might have delayed release of funds slightly but it's all a goer.

Following the sale of Coris, the Company's cash runway will extend further into Q1 2026.

At best the above sees Avacta through to March 2026 depending on cash burn so it's vital they get the £13m plus a shed load more....

Fact....They have to raise £13m by 15 January 2026. Fingers crossed it will be forthcoming from a Major Specialised Investor like Healthcare Royalty based on futre Royalties linked to a Partnership Deal incoming at the same time together with an upfront payment.

Basically the Investor will cover future Bond Payments and the Partner will cover AVA6000 product trials going forward.

For those who haven't done their sums it's not looking good on paper, however, the company seems to have a far more positive attitude towards the next 4 months.

Two key moments for Promethrus which we can relate to right now...

1. Divesting Diagnostics.

2. GI Investor coming onboard as a Long Term investor. This not only brought in the needed big dosh amount but more importantly woke up the blue chip investment market for them by instilling confidence. This has to be Avactas next big step to bring on board a long term investor like Healthcare Royalty. I wonder if their recent acquisition caused a delay in getting a finance deal across the line. Was ghat why Hughes was brought in to facilitate stop gap bond finance...

In fact no Avacta representative was named on the last RNS..not good...
