Now if they are working with the likes of Deepverge, could they be working with others or does 'test forms' simply refer to the two at Deepverge!!!????...your guess is as good as mine...

Doggy..the picture of the currently available Agile LFT doesn't look like ours...so why can't they use this for their 2 day test. What will be different? And why is Agile not already offering their current LFT as their 2 day test...what is the delay? What are they waiting for?

Do we all still believe Medusa19 will be launching Meduflow (Avacta LFT) on 4 January?
If so this will mean they will have secured CE for home use and the Avacta LFT will have received HUA.
Is this all doable by 4 Jan???

Booster programme is priority and they want 1m per day...looking at queues they and 3/4m doses given yesterday the fear factor is working. They will push this hard through end Dec. 4 Jan should be our day...and when we see UK supply come on stream...we hope!!

Myles..Great post. Anyone getting a false negative is an infection time bomb. That person could be a health care worker happily working in close contact with very vulnerable people. I know LFTs are not perfect but the best available should be used at least by those face to face hands on with the most vulnerable in our society.
That said is the NHS taking advantage of our test being available to them on a professional basis...???!!!!

Anyone writing to their MP should ask what guarantees are now being given by the Govt and their new approvals process that LFTs currently available for sale in the UK do in fact detect the new Omicron variant. Also ask if the Govt is insisting that companies clearly state on their product literature/websites etc exactly which variants they detect.

I stand corrected they will be supplying LFT kit but not clear if they will actually do the shipping or whether they will be shipped by Medusa19.

noodle_26 you don't have to die to fill a bed in hospital...the care given in the ICUs is far better than a year ago with the knowledge and meds they now have/use...but that full bed could be preventing someone else getting the care they need and they might die as a result...don't confuse deaths and bed take up please...
