They won't need to raise because good data will unlock the pipeline which they can licence out. The licencing income will be enough to cover next phase 1b which in itself is a much shorter phase. There are also much more savvy ways to raise money if they had to which will not lead to shareholder dilution...
I know Avacta said they want to hold onto AVA6000 for themselves but they could still do a profit share based manufacturing/sales Alliance Agreement whereby Avacta maintain full control of the IP and continue to do the R&D including trials together with maintaining trademarks and patents.

Lots of businesses are under huge financial pressure as costs have risen and due to contract clauses they aren't able to pass said on. In addition many comoanies and Govts are pushing for extended terms or simply not paying. It makes good senses to get out of an interest bearing loan with penalties. Our broker is working with Deepverge to bring in investors and as long as they see a solid return they will come on board. If Deepverge have any upcoming news to impart potential investors will be asked to go inside to access said info. This can take time to get forms in. As said before the company now operates it two sides independently and this means one can be hived off if needed or as a means to attract investors as a future option. There is also the potential for a RTO with a US shell.

TRats..perfect world of course but the World is in a very difficult place right now. Labskin is where the funds were primarily required and looking at the the Interims they has about 7m in Receivables. Many of the new customers are A Listers and if you've ever dealt with multinationals/internationals/globals you will find they dictate terms of payment and will withhold payment for all sorts of reasons sometimes.

A problem many companies face when growth requires new high staffing numbers to be brought on in advance of servicing rapidly increasing sales. It's a cash flow issue and receivables are initially not keeping pace with payables.
The loan was a quick fix high cost stop gap and needs replacing by market raised funds.
I've been there in business...it's painful but if the products and business model are strong it will be supported by the markets and at these prices it should be a no brainer.

H1 they had about £7m in Receivables...if customers are on 90days and your payables are on 30days it can really mess up a bslance sheet...and make it apoear tge mobey has fallen into a big hole...

What aboit a RTO and sell off of half the company...it was divided into two for a reason...

Sell off has happened and buying back now happening - now at 3.125 and will probably bobble along at these levels for a little while.
Markets will be looking for safe havens...daft as it sounds right now we could be just that going forward. Shorters buying back as they know this is not going any lower.
Fundraisers are usually good for AIM shareholders as they create some liquidity.
There may also be more news to come which is again often the case especially if Insider Agreements apply.

Nah..just look at China...it doesn't work. Only islands like New Zealand had the right idea...cut off all means of entry/exit...but even that wasn't sustainable. Covid is out of the bag...it's a virus and it will continue to evolve and like flu it will kill people...however, unlike flu it has some pretty nasty after effects in some too as in Long Covid. We need to find a way of shutting harmful viruses down for good and develop tests that pick up infection on day one not day 5. Failing that we just have to live with it. Right now there are far more dangerous situations to worry about like drunken and drugged up Russian solders using Europes largest nuclear power plant and it's power supply as target practice...

MB53...the US is a huge place with plenty of it's own newsworthy Biotech companies so not surprised...plus most articles these days are generated by the companies themselves sending in the info so no uptake if Avacta don't generate...
I did a 6 month stint for the Florida Dental Association and all their articles were generated by companies or dentists for their monthly glossy mag (very Home & Garden) and weekly newspaper...they had no reporters of their own.

Hence the dip/tree shake...it looks like those 3 were part of a large order they started filling yesterday. What are you seeing Hurst10...?
