BV...thanks for the full explanation...I used 1aa to keep the 2 weekly in the 1a trial category but it is clear they are likely to be able to get 1b type data in 1a and 1aa in which case are hoping then to be able to move directly to P2.

My post was to try and simplify what Avacta appear to be trying to achieve.

If patients can receive dox at C7 levels every 2 weeks rather than every 3 weeks from the outset with no or nominal side effects then guys and gals this would be huge. Now who makes dox because they would be the most obvious companies to licence AVA6000 to.

The question I have is what will P2 dosing and frequency end up being...I assume if Iaa (2 weekly) works at 1a C7 level then this will be the new P2 protocol which is the most important outcome.

BV I think the fact it is running in parallel makes it special and something between 1a and 1b designed to move the whole trial to P2 much quicker due to the fact serious efficacy has been observed in 1a without MTD being found.

The original trial was designed to be 1a then 1b then P2.

Now it seems to be 1a plus 1aa (2 weekly dosing) then P2 = much reduced timescales.

I suspect what you are looking at does not reflect what really happened. These large late trades are backed up by lots of much small trades over the past couple of days.

If shares are in short supply then it could take hundreds of transactions to fill a large order. The other thing that might be taking place is a simple transfer from one owner to another. They still have to be transacted.

The 'Don't Know's' are a sure sign order filling is going on...these are late posted trades so it's difficult to know which are buys and which are sells as we don't know the time they were transacted.

Thanks BV. No not a trial just standard treatment after 2 lots of radio frequency. With a smaller dose start and increased every 2 weeks the usual treatment is 13 to 14 sessions but with regular scans and blood tests they said he was in remission after just 12 and the side effects were so much better.

It's the number of unknowns that give it away...we've seen this before...

It's a rather self-opinionated piece but to be fair it's what has been said many times on here...data from 1a is key and the big guns (markets/investors etc etc) need to see the numbers and they are coming soon...10 weeks max...
