Am alsp very unimpressed with timings.. but at least we are now down to being told aug (in jul) delayed to sept (in late aug).. so does appear to be closer... than before when the timing was rather open..

I thought it stated in recent prospectus that the services contract is expected in september.. august is practically over..

If yukon 3d volumetrics come in good.. that 120mmbo.. lets say 100mmbo in the bag..
If winz comes in good.. thats 100mmbo in the bag..
If stellar is farmed down to 88e net 30% and it comes in good thats 250mmbo in the bag..
If ice2 horizontal completed successfully soon after thats ??mmbo in the bag..

Farmouts are the key.. obviously.. cos the oils are there :-)))

For 25% geological chance of success, the four variables multiplied by eac other is about on average 70% each..
70%×70%×70%×70=24%
Going further..
74%×74%×74%×74%=30%

Thats why 25to 30% COS is pretty good :-)))

Smaller firm will not have specialist knowledge nor funding for hrz farmin..
I expect 1k usd per acre to be doable.. possibly for 25 to 33% of acreage depending on if its calculated on gross acreage or the 65% of gross acreage which is good for hrz etc... they could then also lockin another batch for double the price.. leaving 88e with final 30%.. therefore ensuring about 100mill usd of work for first phase and double that amount for nxt phase..
It appears to be doable.. timing is the issue.. hope they get it done so ice2 horizontal can be completed nxt summer..

More dollars per acre would be fantastic..
Less would not be worth it, and better to raise cash after conventionals and do ice2 horizontal alone.. in that case..

For a major to pay 20 to 25mill usd (to freecarry char) for 40 to 45% of immediate potential 459mmbo (with a higher high case potential), is not a lot at all... baring in mind that success would open up the rest of the potential couple billion oil...
So it definitely doesnt look like a farfetched possibility...

Haha.. yes... i thought complete freecarry with being left with 25 or 20% post farmout.. thatd leave a base of about 8p per share in cash.. or near enuff..
And then if namibia result is negative, they can try the same farmout style technique for brazilian assets.. last time char was up against the wall..

I was watching bpc very closely for a long time.. unfortunately couldnt get in, so once those talks began, i left it.. thinking let it go and itll come down in say 6mths or so when its waiting for drilling..
This just gives opportunity for getting in once it settles..

No company has completed the work that its set out to do in the time it planned... so the AIM casino lives on :-)))
