Because the figure in this list, only represents their initial capital raising investment..

Cln's are for nz asset purchase.

They lifted or sold their nz oil in may..

So 3 or 4 months worth of oil.. at 1kboepd..

Oil price above 100bucks.. sunda gets all above 68bucks..

So thats about 3 or 4mill extra cash to sunda..

Meaning cln's not needed anymore..

Looks like the existing 1mill cln will be converted at 1.5p.. then i believe they do not need to drawdown renaining 3mill at all..

That remaining 3mill clns will.not be converted due to oil price obtained from sales of nz oil..

So increased my holding hereby just over 50 %..

A month ago they held 8.77%, wirh converted CLNs that has now changed..

Interested to see if they offloaded previously held shares..

I saw that the argument was mentioning Offshore Exploration, so would be interesting to understabd Labours stance on Onshore..

The telwgram group i was referribg to is where adam lowe usually posts his summaries on a sunday night..

The group has vanished from my list, and when i search for upland resources in telegram, it does not come up.. two other groups do..

So i am wondering if it is still there ?

If yes, then possibly i have been booted out and blocked from it.. however, i wouldnt know of any plausible reason for this to have happened.. haha..

Yes.. but if this is one of the two, then it was definitely the higher risk one anyway.. which would take longer to sort out..

would expect some timelines being shown for this project, and indication of what UPL can get from it longer term.. similar to SK334 studies- but maybe not with same amount of detail we saw with that one..

they do seem to have some drilling lined up for this year.. so we just gotta see as the projects start to roll in.

It looks like the initial path into this Aceh project, is looking at appraising the existing discovered and mainly produced elements, while also looking into whether the exploration targets are there and worth actually drilling..

This second part has a similar feel to SK334 technical studies project, but obviously with the initial smaller productive elements already in place.. with Lost Soldier possibly needing to show that the larger potential would be worth drilling..

I stated that I believed this is one of the existing two, because of the A.Hurst. comments in today's RNS..
