There was a small gap to 1.45p.. which seems to be closed now..

so maybe, onwards and upwards soonish..

need to get through that 1.85p level... then to 2.7-3p level

and there is a larger gap at 3.5 to 4p -which needs to be filled one day ? :-))

once it gets through this 'level', then it really should power through to 2.7 to 3p level...

From the last interim report for end June 2024;

"At 30 June 2024 125,827,780 warrants were outstanding exercisable at 1.20p on or before 28 February 2025"

the other day, about 24mill warrants were exercised, meaning that there are 100mill left..

at 1.2p, that would provide about 1.2mill GBP..

Tomorrow seems to be the last day..

There are no other warrants left after this..

As for Stock Options - for directors, officers and advisors;

"At 30 June 2024 32,000,000 share options were outstanding exercisable at .40p and 110,000,000 exercisable at .60p."

This needs to get through 1.85-ish area, to then take on the 2.7+ area, and move on from there..

looking at longer term charts, it does look like it should move back to the 2.7+ area soonish..

(because those were the levels being hit, when the sp came down, due to the political uncertainty, which was made public)..

I disagree with your notion of 'bigger' companies, considering the political climate that they are navigating through currently.. my bet is on Brunei company plus maybe Petronas.. I believe that they are big enough...

either way, seems like we shall soon find out...

I do hope that they still go ahead and put one long drill string into the ground..

more seismics can provide more data, but nothing beats putting a drill into the ground..

Farm down to Brunei company... allowing them 50% perhaps, by funding it..

politically this would be very significant, seeing that this ground possibly actually belonged to Brunei itself... maybe the final % being something like 25% Petros, 25% UPL, and 50% Brunei outfit.. could be possible to include petronas in there as well, but I recall UPL stating some years ago, that Sarawak would be directly in control of onshore gas/oil etc (meaning not Petronas)... we shall see soon, if that still holds..

That's also why i couldn't understand why such delays with upl getting its tenements..

however, considering that across these tenements, are coming the massive infrastructure, there are obviously many connections across these elements..

I thought that onshore was all petros, and offshore was the stuff that was under question (for all of the petronas vs petros rhetoric)..

From what I recall (but I do stand to be corrected), the Sarawak government was supposed to obtain full control of onshore oil and gas exploration and similar, while for offshore it was still Petronas in conjunction with Petros (Sarawak) that was somewhat in charge with Sarawak obtaining a better cut of the deals...

Yeah.. it always felt like the PSC process would not get Final sign off, until they included the potential JV partner into it as well.. so my guess is that as they finalise which JV partner to go with, then the PSC final sign off will take place, followed by somewhat immediate notification of the JV..
