Haha - I didn’t mean you. I need to stop replying to misty as it stops us seeing how that chap is invested/ shorting (forgotten their name) but they jokingly are shorting or long and flipping on a daily basis with some excellent commentary.
Because you upset me with your comments. Not really, but I am interested why you are so miserable all the time. Who are the fab three? I haven’t seen anyone say they don’t trade this, only one person say that they haven’t flipped their placing shares.
Misty: what do you want here? Warn people away from investing? To join you and be miserable? To be able to say I told you so? To buy in at a lower price and trade it?
I am here to make money and I very much like the risk/ reward here. It seems you think this is too risky and try to put your fear into others.
He will tell you when he goes all in on WSG at 3p with 50,000 shares.
On a serious note, no one knows anything so everyone is just waiting to say I told you so, whether good or bad. Regardless of when that happens, I am sure there will be some excitement and a price rise either way. We currently have a good cash level and that won’t all go on the HOC contract, nor do I think it will go on stocking up on anti-Covid devices.
So let's say they convert the shares in around 3/4 years' time and it doubles the number of shares in issue, the market cap would double, or less if the price is lower. Surely still not 1/7th of it? Of course, if they redeem them then they'd need a large sum of cash!
Looking at the difference between the net assets and the market cap, is there anything else major to take into account other than the geopolitics and preference shares please? A price at around 1/7th of net assets seems a bit low?
It is a good opportunity if it gets there. I wonder whether we should assume that operational cash is fine as they only raised a small amount for a specific purpose or so we assume they need more. I still think there are good prospects here for a good return.
I wouldn’t worry too much about it, Dacorum - there is a long list of exemptions if travel is essential:

You might be right as I have messed up at least a couple of times over the past year with selling too early and the price going up 5x + (i.e. PPIX, TRD). The price looks very cheap considering the sector, the contracts they are winning and the general interest in IOT, IT, data etc.
Yes, it is nice to see it rise without the usual pumping on Twitter. It isn't even as if we're higher than we should be as we're still lower than when the sharp drop happened in Nov '20. Unless the results are above expected and/ or we get another large $1m contract, I don't think we'll see the prices closer to the IPO (0.6/0.7) but I don't see why we can't see 0.3p in the next few weeks.
