This is in reference to the PDX pre-clinical models only. We do not have the data released via RNS to confirm this is true in human. If so, they would have had to RNS and we’d be at £5.

Jive - makes sense. I’m not of the opinion that any DE’s would be RNS’d. But certainly of the opinion that they will and should happen. We have the narrative (confirmation bias) as to why it may not. This is massively over thinking an age old, basic trial design.

Tom - why DE further? To increase the dose and reduce the time for these cumulative defects to appear? Is it not that simple?

Like all things AS, communication is more complex than any trial known to man. He actually makes it as hard and as vague as he can. Tom has a good theory, but it is driven (like most of us) by confirmation bias.

The excuse that clinical trials are private, need to be aloof, is not true. Avacta have been suitable vague as per normal. Check out the Aldoxorubicin commentary and plan. It’s clear, professional, you knew what was planned and going on. Check out Point’s plans, licensing deal details. The same.

That’s AS out of the way… Regardless of the above, the beauty of this trial is that Avacta do not drive it. Thanks goodness. We’re in the hands of some majorly experienced people. Some that will be very excited at this stage.

End of Q2/start of Q3 for readout. That’s our focus. Don’t expect any news before then.
