Watching is a bit of a fool. I should have green binned a while ago.

Phase 3 trials determine PFS against a shed load of standard POC drugs. Many pro drugs have been through P3 trials. Aldoxorubicin had phenomenal results and P1, and P2. They achieved an MTD of 460mg/m2.

AS said we may not. Neil Bell said we do.

I doubt the the trial has been impacted by ‘terminations’. The amount of dox they have received to date is enough to meet the outcomes. They understand how much they have, and how much extra they need. So 9 months in they could predict a 6-8 weeks end date. To slip 2 months in a month is not great.

Anyway, it’s moot until next week.

The AGM should be interesting.

Re timescales; They we’re holding Q2/Q3 at a point in time where the patient has received over 3x cumulative dose of pure dox equiv. This is a significant position. They should absolutely know when they are releasing data. We’re a handful of weeks away.

AS is punished for failing in this regard. I’m hoping/sure he’s learnt his lesson. If they imply a slippage toward the back end of Q3 they should underpin it. It really isn’t a difficult trial to carry out.

I’d like to hear DLT implication and a plan for R2PD. Tumour confirmation via RNS will do for me.
