The PFS of standard dox is just over 4 months. That’s our measure. Tumours become resistant to dox. Therapeutic doses are required to break that down. Wouldn’t it be nice to take a range of therapeutic doses into P2?

PAH - that’s wrong. There’s lots of prodrug/delivery systems that have gone way beyond AVA6000 in terms of dose/trial protocol. This is absolutely not novel.
