Chanlfc, calm down, calm down! After the firm's ups and downs, the April news of new contracts to supply with a planned facility to fund it was all very welcome indeed. All about sales now, and further news on sales down the line will be welcome again, and that's the main thing for me here. Is all your talk about Principle/Sapphire starting to look like a red herring?

Well, £1 would see some major topping up, I think! As many buys as sells today, but not much of either. Trades don't seem to me to account for the fall.

Does anyone have information that would account for the shift in the Synety SP in recent days? (i've not seen anything significant to account for it.)

Thanks bmi. Is there anything stronger? From reading the recent RNSs, I can see that, in the face of continuing losses, and cost cutting left right and centre, the company is working on how to deliver value for shareholders. I wouldn't have interpreted that in itself to mean an RTO. They've since made a good bit of business, and acquired a debt facility, which would contribute towards progress in shareholder value. Apart from a shareholder feeling about MMs, is there anything else that would pinpoint the start of RTO rumours, anyone? (I haven't invested here yet, but am considering doing so, but want to know how much clarity shareholders have about the future.) Many thanks in advance to all who can share anything.

hi omni, that depends on a number of things, not least what project actions may flow in the light of it, and market perception of whether the intention is to facilitate forward movement of the project on the ground, in which case sentiment could make the share value move positively. On the other hand, if the market was unclear of forward steps on the ground, it may be less confident. I should declare that I was thinking of investing here, and these are my subjective ruminations, in the absence of a subjective decision on my part. DYOR etc.

Looking back at Monday's RNS, there are significant variables to be resolved still. Quote from RNS: "Vatukoula and DRK have also to work in conjunction to source the required debt financing to fund the Company's planned expansion programme.As such, if VGM enters into a debt financing package facilitated or introduced by DRK of no less than $40m within 120 days of the subscription agreement, DRK will have the option to acquire an additional 24m new ordinary shares in the company at an exercise price of 15p per share.However, if the company secures the debt financing within the 120 days from institutions that it is currently in discussions with, the option exercise price will be the lower of 25p or 90% of the five day trading volume weighted average price following the announcement of the debt financing." It appears to me that further dilution is on the cards - less attractive if it's at 15p, more attractive if it's at 25p. In any case, funding for expansion has to come from somewhere... Maybe the SP is responding to that, in both directions as it swings back and forth? Who knows?

I'd set a limit order to buy instead, and set it too low. My indecision (or greed) was final. Keeping a sense of humour about it...
