As far as I can work out It was not proven that Iran we’re behind the refinery attack. The Houthis were the fall guys. If Saudi prove to behind this latest attack, then Iranian shadow boxing can end & they will need no pretexts to attack Saudi. It’ll be straightforward retaliation..
