Given the fact that frr have been hammered in Court in the summing up there is no longer any legs in hiding behind the CC as a reason for their silence.

Not sure but I think that 315423 sum appeared 3 times today. Supports parkez theory of mms moving stock about.

You can,
1) elect not to take up the offer ie do nothing, or
2) take up the number of shares offered to you , or some of them at 0.26 (the offer price NOT 0.05 )
3)take up all of the shares offered to in option 2) and apply to buy more at 0.26. You will only get these 3) or a scaled back percentage of these dependent on how many shareholders opt for 1) and don't buy the shares offered to them or only take up some ( not all) under 2).

Clear as mud eh?

Coggy to be truthful I have missed the £6m bit, must have been enjoying warm sunshine and a few vinos somewhere.

The $400m does crop up regularly though and where has it been confirmed anywhere that we are producing Oil or O&G or anything at all apart from legal fee debts?
