That's what the concern is about.

LordLash, in my opinion there is NO reason why a form of reassurance from the board cannot be given. We have an inkling about the problems facing frr via our excellent sleuths thankfully, and a simple message that "we are still in business and working in the field" would disrupt nothing they are facing in court or elsewhere.
Hiding behind the Court proceedings or/and the NDA is unacceptable, and unfortunately seems to suit our BOD.
The only positive coming out of this imo is we have not had the "we are bust, defunct " message.
The only way I can deal with this is to mentally write off my investment and cling on to a faint hope that that is not the case.

Finally, I wonder how the folk on here that cannot accept the possibility of failure will be able to deal with it if it becomes a reality. Worrying!

Just for your info. I dealt with the FSA for years in my role as an IFA, so useless they had to rebrand as the FCA.
As far as investing goes I managed to learn a bit about how it works. Thanks for your advice though.
