Regarding negative spins, I stand to lose a £ five figure sum here and I believe many are in far deeper. If anyone thinks that I am happy about that for myself or indeed any other genuine holder then they are very wrong.

The only way can deal with that is to mentally write off that cash. If frr survive intact then that will be a very belated Christmas pressie.

Who is guilty of that now? Putting the whole shebang up for grabs in Court? Was this the only way to deal with SH/OR? The whole agreement with Hope is so punitive on frr that it beggars belief SN and Zaza could not find another solution.

I sam absolutely certain that if Mole knew anything more than the rest of us he would post it. Putting pressure on one investor who has given us a balanced view on frr as far as he could is not on.

Fact is none of us know where we stand, not for the first time either.

Not sure about this personal vendetta stuff. If the accusations against Hope are true, and unless I've missed something, which is quite possible, then the Court actiion is justifiable on all behalf of us all.
Hope runs a Vulture fund so it par for the course to maximise his investment, whether he is quite within his rights or has stepped over the line is what the fight is about and ,sadly, as usual we know nothing.
Taking this to the US courts means that will be the state of play as far as we are concerned for some time yet imo.

prodg, I truly hope you are right with your positivity but can see nothing to back it up atm. The news blackout and indeed lies have ruled for over a year now. It would not take much for them to feed us with a morsel of news to keep our hopes up, but nothing, zilch, nada.
