Zyder, There is a site called Asset Match which auctions unlisted shares. They do require the appropriate share certificate, which could be a problem re frr, before listing.
Not sure whether they also need approval from frr to list their shares though. Cannot see why if a share cert is available.
Shares for sale at the sellers requested price are listed for a max of 12 months and buyers can participate in the auction each month..
