I just watched the 121 conference, looks like RM was speaking to a virtually empty room wasting valuable funds.

Obviously there's a massive delay in the funds coming and he should really be communicating all is well instead he'll probably ramping 2koz per month.

Dan , the income statement reveals £2.42m revenue (top line) for H1 and I'm expecting roughly the same for H2 , so the revenue for 2022 will be £5m area. That's before deductions.

If the funding was in place they wouldn't need to be going to investor evenings.. perhaps the hold up is due to possibly buying another asset.

There's no way that funding is in their bank account without a RNS!

ID78 how late do estimate this funding to be? IMO it's upto 5weeks late therefore the company will be needing the cashflow just to function.

There's no splitting hairs they needed the money from late October, we're now towards late November they certainly won't be operational by mid-December without a bridging loan.

In the meantime be prepared for another bridging loan because what they're producing top line would barely cover the wage bill.

They must have made an agreement with another company to lend them funds but it won't be legally binding at this point, perhaps RM has done everything on the GCAT side and now they have to wait.

There's nothing to indicate it's not happening apart from it's 3 weeks since someone said it was imminent and will soon be month etc.

Until they sign a legally binding contract then nothing is certain in the business world.

Dmors, there's no denying the funding is overdue and RM courting other investors isn't a good look because either he thinks the funding might not happen or the funding isn't enough.

Goldplat clearly not buying RM ramps.

I'm estimating the funding is 4 to 5 weeks overdue, the company will soon have to make another finance decision if it doesn't come within November.

People were saying it's silver but I think second element at Vim Rutha is copper. Looking forward to seeing them results.

If they've signed a financial package then they should inform the market via RNS. KEFI did that this morning $320m worth.

RM is just spreading hearsay without delivering the official notices.

Once all the news is out it will probably pay for Xmas for a lot of the investors here!

As well as exploration and other upgrades. It would have been 5 high cost period over $11m spent in H1.

It's a bit of poor show tbh and I can't believe why large holders aren't banging on his door asking questions.

He says funding is imminent but before funding happens the companies involved make a non-binding agreement and inform the market via RNS.

We haven't received such RNS so it's fair to assume only a verbal (at best) has been agreed.
