I'm glad we're suspended, it was a voluntary suspension so it's down to the company to apply to relist as the criteria to relist is now met.

This is purely down as a delay tactic as the company feels a relist now wouldn't be in the shareholders best interest.

Mickey, Trek's made no secret he's bought additional shares to sell on the SP rise and now after the audited results he's expecting a haircut but if the funds land before relist maybe just a wash & blow-dry ;)

After COGS deduction it shows a gross operating loss not a net operating loss therefore , in this circumstance (see note 7) COGS is equal to AISC.

Subtract the unaudited financial statements from the audited financial statements and you're left with the first half of 2022.

The numbers don't lie as they from the audited results.

AISC really is $1941.6 per oz RM said $1200 per oz or below, so he must be referring to the AISC at the higher production rate of 2koz per month.

From today's audited financial statements it's easy to work out the results for the first 6 months of 2022.

Revenue: £2.425m

Cost of sales: -£3.377m

Gross loss : -£952k

Gold Sold (Q1) 1,226 + (Q2) 746 = 1,972 oz = £1,229.71 or $1,394.25 per ounce sold.

AISC £3.377m / 1,972 Oz = £1,712.47 or $1,941.6 per ounce.

Gold Sale price per ounce = $1,394.25

AISC per ounce = $1,941.6

The imminent funding could be used to clear this up and it would make the CLN only a temporary issue.

Suggins 266m warrants is 266m shares

For clarity, I'm going to let the good news land and then I'm going to sell and rebuy next year as there's over 1.2bn extra shares hanging over us.

That CLN is quite serious not to have been RNS and questions need answers. , Fully diluted with the warrants is an extra 600m shares.

I haven't got a problem with the results as they're upgrading the plant but if they break the rules they are at risk of being booted or fined needlessly.

They are not allowed to take a £2m CLN loan out and not update the market by RNS.

On 18 July 2022, the Company entered into a Convertible Loan Note Instrument with Koenig Vermoegensvermaltungsgesellschaft MBH ("Koenig"), a company incorporated and registered in Germany, for £2 million at an interest rate of 8% per annum. The conversion price being agreed as £0.06 per Ordinary share, save that where the price per ordinary share falls below £0.06, the conversion price shall be 90% of the 10 day VWAP price of an ordinary share. 266m warrants were also issued to Koenig, at an exercise price of £0.0085 and are exercisable for 2 years from the date of grant.
