There is a problem with shareholder interpretation of this statement:

Forecast low AISC-costs and strong operating margins from gold sales at 100% owned Kilimapesa Gold Mine.

The audited financial statements state the complete opposite of this because it is intended to be at 2koz per month production rates.

You forgot Vim Rutha, when the results are released you won't be forgetting it again.

I'm expecting double figure gold results and another commercially viable element. 4km strike is a lot bigger than Kilimapesa.

The Q3 quarterly update is now overdue that coupled with exploration results for Vim Rutha could well be a decent catalyst for the next leg up.

Any seasoned investor can find flaws with every company and this company is no different.

I'm around 25% off being level and now don't feel like pointing them out for my own self interest lol ;)

Expecting +20% rise again today.

Mag, when Vim Rutha is announced, I'm expecting double figure gold grades and another commercially viable element. Some say it's silver but I think copper more likely.

It's upto you if you buy it won't change the results for those already invested.

Funding added over £8m to the company, MCAP increased by £1m so far.

Plenty more value to come.

The big news hasn't arrived yet. The funding is just clearing the way for it. IMO

They have the funding, there's more good news to come from exploration.

We know news is coming and all we can do is wait. RM ramped it and now has to start delivering for shareholders.

I don't think Goldplat ever bought any shares, so whatever price they get they aren't selling at a loss.

Legalwolf they're averaging out, that's actually a good sign.

The wheel has fell off the ramp machine because at the end of the day you have to make good on them.

Investors have bought on the back of them ramping and now find themselves over exposed IMO

You should only invest what your gut feeling says and if it's playing up then you're only lying to yourself.

Pred , there's always clues and signs. I've been around the block a few times and know how things work.

The company is just waiting for the contract/funding, there's no real delay just investors interpretation of the word imminent as they've done all they can on their side.

3 months to sort this type of financing out is about right for the whole process. We just didn't know when the process started.

I can now put a timeline on events September/October for heads on agreement. October/November for due diligence and November/December for legally binding contract.

Therefore the funding might come anytime between now and upto mid-December before it would be deemed behind schedule. IMO

RM said in his interview (November 2nd) a person from the finance company had recently visited the mine, it would have been part of the due diligence and for him to be so confident at the 121 conference , he would have known they had passed due diligence.

He's literally waiting for the formal legally binding contract to be offered.

Someone mentioned lawyers which would indicate that a heads of terms (a framework of the transaction ) has probably been agreed.

Due diligence comes after the heads of agreement and then a formal legally binding contract is offered after that.

Where we are in that process is debatable probably somewhere between due diligence and formal contract

There could be all sorts going on in the back from buying another asset to a merger J/V which could affect the newsflow.

When it comes to funding it's prudent for companies to speak to multiple different entities and make non binding agreements with more than one. Then make a binding contract with only one.

If they've signed a legally binding contract then they have to RNS funding is secured but they haven't because they haven't signed a legally binding contract, so RM just verbally says it.
