Thank you for your contribution and making things a little clearer.

I don't understand the paranoia/hysteria a new poster causes when making valid debatable points. Then to become subject to falsehoods and conspiracy theorists too.

Getting back to the Mediapolis assignment appeal, Italian law decree 59/2016, doesn't actually have provision (that I can see) for a low ball offer, it refers mainly to the court lowering the price by 25% and then 50% subject to no bids and 3 + more auctions. The case CLP are making will fail on two counts (IMO) firstly because there was a bidder , secondly all parties need to bein agreement ( the court would object because there was a bidder) . Both of these counts are in provisions within 59/2016.

Sorry to disprove your conspiracy theory, but I am new to share chat even though I've been a private investor for a number of years.

I stumbled across the so called " new document" whilst carrying out my own research. All you have to do is go to Google and type in the search bar ; Italian court assignment auction. Then press search and you will see that the top result is the so called " new document "
