Thank you for your replies, sometimes in a RNS, there's a sentence or a phrase which is overlooked by the majority, that is open to mis-interpretation. It is good to have dedicated readers where by not much gets passed them, there's no such pari passu issues we can confirm with Mediapolis.

Francesco, is a hard worker, covering lots of angles as he finds them. His legal team(s) on the other hand, they seem habitual to leave things to possible mis-interpretation. Close news is now.

Question for the board, it says on the latest Mediapolis RNS, the creditors list has been updated to include late admission requests. This is an interesting development, the first charge was not originally contested and could it now be by a late requester?

Good morning Steve888, Yes, as we still haven't got to the bottom of why CLP are/were pursuing the Mediapolis assignment appeal, when according to Italian law & Italian court, they don't have not met the criteria. Good evening LimitedAccess, I do have a theoretical scenario with a dilemma; Bond conversion, everyone converts except Eufingest. On 31st December CLP defaults on repayment of half a million Euros. CLP files for bankruptcy and there's only one creditor which is Eufingest. Shareholders get nothing. The dilemma is, I don't think all the Bondholders converted. Kind regards Vincenzo.

Good evening Steve888, By definition of the reason for the loan, it's very reasonable to assume that a portion has been spent. Limited Access, quite rightly said the most likely scenario of there being a reschedule of repayment, but another scenario is that funds become available from another source, say Ondaland for instance.
