I can't see them needing to do a fundraise with the MCAP under £50m. I suspect they're looking at multiple assets but they'll be no dilution/minimal for the first one

Lol this must be the longest pre fundraise in history reading some of the comments.

The company is going to embark on a period of expansion with higher quality assets. Sellers lifespan will come to an end when it does.

I think they said in the investor call new wells can take 3 to 6mnths before it all settles down.

At this stage no body knows whether Jamaica will come off but there's definitely interest in the project. It's been an absolute gift horse opportunity for UOG as there's around £20m worth of data for a few hundred grand.

It's another well chalked up and we're onto the next. I'm happy to let the wells keep accumulating. People can look towards Jamaica but there's also another asset coming our way as the company continues to grow.

So as far as the Abu Sennan concession goes they'll have the capex figures for roughly the next 5yrs.

With them in mind, the company will be in a good position to increase its asset portfolio, most likely another producing asset and another exploration. IMO

To get that statement passed the Nomad , they must have provided them of evidence that a number of companies are currently conducting evaluations otherwise it wouldn't have been allowed to be put there.

Whether or not that would translate to a J/V is another matter but it does confirm there is a real interest in the Walton Morant project.

The end goal as Brian says is to become a Mid-Cap company. By my estimation of the company's modus operandi they'll need to be invested in upto 80 wells producing to achieve their long term goal. I doubt Egypt will deliver that amount for them so there must be at least another two Mid-Cap size producing assets in the future pipeline.

Jamaica is just an exploration target and may or may not be part of UOG's future.

The question is how are they going to grow & pay for the future asset portfolio.

Divestment, cash pile , fundraising (could we'll come from dual listing).

The future looks good here and short term prices has no bearing on United becoming a Mid-Cap company.

O2B@C, it's possible they are already looking to dual list on the OTC markets.

I'm here for at least the next 5yrs as the company grows to mid- cap . Those trading knows very well that lifespan isn't forever and I'll be here to cash in.
