February 9th RNS update does say results this quarter but I think we have to cut the company some slack about this timeframe. The paragraph before says the drilling is ongoing, so let's say it's wrapped up inside the next fortnight, laboratory turnaround times are usually 6 to 8wks. That's somewhere between April 6th - 20th with Easter in the middle.

Can't see them landing this side of Easter tbh.

Far more than a PR stunt. They are entrenched in Kenya with a work force of 500 and counting. They'll be able to offer share incentives and as previously discussed pay for things in shares. It's going to give them greater flexibility and leverage in the region. I'm expecting quite a few doors being opened on the strength of it.

Come to think about it, let's say $30m for a processing plant in Tanzania which is estimated to produce 50-75k oz pa Gold. The Tanzanian Government said they would double the GDP from mining and would help with loans, equipment & training. If only we had somebody in the boardroom with great connections to the Government.

Let's just wait and see what develops. I think all the ducks have lined up now and it's looking good from our perspective. There's no difference now in price from when they IPO'd apart from NSE listing has been sanctioned from shareholders at AGM.

They are an East African Company looking for East African Assets mainly from East Africans. Paying for the assets mainly in shares. Stands to reason to use East African Exchange.

If it was one or two coincidences then maybe but it's not.

They did previously state that the additional listing on NSE will not raise new funds. Therefore it's purpose is to buy something in shares.

From what I can see , this is where they want it and what will be achieved can't be far away.

I'm not expecting results until mid-April and it's almost as if the SP is holding where they want it to be at this time...

@mickey1122 agree when you can see the real opportunity this is the more comfortable it is to hold larger amounts!

@Clued , yes what I was trying to say is that there's a high concentration of larger holding investors holding here. £5k is the amount an average private investor would be expected to hold.

I doubt £50k worth would get you in the top 50 private investors here!

Notifications are 3% for UK issuer and 5% for non- UK issuer.

Clearly there's been multiple larger sellers than only one. It's not going to alter the current direction though IMO

Don't lose sight of the clear growth strategy they are working to.
After the AGM there's now a cleared path to dual listing on the NSE. It's going to provide additional funding flexibility and being the only gold miner listed, it's expected to cause quite a stir.
