@Suggins warrants just give the owner the right to buy shares at a set price over a set time period.

It's been noted that CCM placing holders didn't get any warrants.

The warrants are dated until the end of the year with 2.5p strike price. 2.7p would only give 8.3% return so it looks conservative estimation to me.
