I can assure you the warrants will go ahead with the board voting in favour and being the major shareholders even given the opposition to over turn this , we might see the warrants released at a higher price given the share price at the time of the general meeting the AGM will be in July of this year so hopefully the warrants will be postponed till then

It will drop as the warrants are due but we will see a significant rise beforehand with news on the door step ,its all about the timing of your buys & sells just use your instinct and don't rely on others , sell at 3.20 and buy at 2.50 as there will be numerous opportunities, unless your in for the longterm and you will see 5p in the next 2 months

The Directors have ploughed a lot of their own money into this share to save it from bankruptcy in 2018 , they have done an excellent job of restructuring the company. Slating them will only delay future announcements as they know exactly how full their order books are .
