Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
We need someone like her in UK politics. A fantastic passionate speech, and why would anyone disagree with her?
@ Dav3J you may be right on that, but surely we all prefer to be looking at an optimistic view of the future SP. It makes us all feel better about an investment, that we are all very privileged to be in at an early stage in the Company’s history.
I dont know about £2 this year, but I have a gut feeling that in about 3 years from now we may have an SP of over £3. Sorry for the ramp!
Ha Ha Knuttie. I cant say, as dont want to be construed as political!
An excellent article Alfa. Took me a good while to read, so must have taken you ages to write. So thank you for your great presentation. I’m sure the renewable energy issue would be more in the public eye, if we hadn’t spent the last 3 years on the great EU debate.
Pub. Your “o/t” more than justified, and in the circumstances, I am pleased that your result is as good as you could have hoped for.
Your glass half full approach to life clearly serves you well, and I wish you all the best for the future.
You are absolutely right about perspective in all things, and keeping positive.
Thanks for all your work Alfa. Look forward to the next couple of weeks!
Have been away Alfa, you’re now at 109.
@ Knutsfordnotary. Much respect to you in your consideration to any potential issues. I am sure it was a generous well intentioned offer of yours in the first place. I certainly did not mean to disrespect you in my post late last night, but I think it was extremely courteous of you to reconsider, in light of others concerns. We are all here for the same reason
@Mitchoftheday & @Headancer, I strongly agree with both of your sentiments regarding the inappropriateness of the EIC as a suitable venue for a BMN event.
Although the present establishment and its current membership cannot be held to account for things that happened in the early history of the East India Company, I would personally not want to set foot in the place. It strikes me as a sad anachronism, with painful associations of an elite group of rich businessmen who grew their own wealth at the expense and lives of many poor people, thousands of miles away.
I would far sooner meet you all in a modern outward looking environment, with an emphasis on inclusion of all types. After all, we are all invested in a Company, that is looking to benefit some very impoverished communities, through employment, and developing solutions to improve their environment,
Sorry, rant over, but I do feel strongly about this.
I topped up as much as I could around 35p. I did note at the time Ophidian posting something along the lines of “No one needs to make all their money this week”. That was probably very true, as although we were very much at the end of the down phase, there are no exact rules about when the upshift starts again. I would add more now if I could, but should be content with what I have already invested. Patience, patience patience.
Great news RichKen. Don’t know what you drink, but I’m raising a glass of IPA to you both.
Smart RichKen
I even had permission to put my wife’s ISA allowance in today.
Just read your weeks analysis Alfa, thank you. Sadly have no more funds to put in tomorrow. I did manage to get a few bargain ones at 35.1 and 35.3p last week though, so cant complain.
Thanks RichKen for all your superb summary posts this weekend. Good luck this week. Was really hoping your 14/02 £1 would come true, but I dont mind keeping the champagne on ice until later in the year.
Great realistic post Uncle John.
My first foray into stock market investing was about 35 years ago, and it was via a unit trust monthly savings scheme for £20/ month. I kept all for about 7 years. I bought for the long term as a hopeful start into a house deposit. I increased my monthly outgoings as I could afford. The key thing was learning patience, and it gave me a taste to start to buy individual shares, after I started to read about the market a bit more. I started with blue chips, and only ventured into riskier smaller companies after many years, when I had built up a reserve. I never expect to see instant profit, and although its fantastic if you time a purchase well, and the price does shoot up, I do prefer to view a year later to give me a more sensible idea about the direction the share is going. Good luck everyone with this fantastic long term investment.
And another for me. 6541 at 35.3p had to do it to round up my holding to 900000 total in SIPP/ISA and Share a/c.
Honestly dont think I will ever be able to afford another 100,000, but very happy with what Ive got now, and what it will be worth a few years down the line.
Topped up another £3.5k another 9937 shares to the pot. This time last year that would have bought me about 40,000, so what is the problem!
@Zeusfurla. Interesting that Malcolm Curror is still listed as CEO of Vametco on the Bushveld website, with Lyndon Williams as COO. LinkedIn page for Malcolm Curror also has him as CEO of Vametco as current position. This could also not be up to date, if maybe on garden leave?
Always that initial sinking feeling, when you read “ We will grab back the land, and the mines”. Then you realise,no substance behind the statement, and another possible short term buying opportunity has been created.
This is definitely the time for anyone who wants to add to their investment to do exactly that. In a few months we will all be looking back at this lull period, as the time we should have added more if we were able to.
Nice article thanks Alfa. Look fwd to pt 2. Ive promised myself a trip out to the area, at £1.50 SP.... so either later this year or early next year!
Just read your last nights better news PDub. Pleased the result is much better than you had first feared. My best wishes to you for a successful operation and full recovery.
