Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Probably a stupid question, but hey ho! I've not been involved in a share thats delisted before. Currently held in an ISA but understand the shares will be transferred to my trade account. Will I be able to sell (whatever is left if anything! from there? Or is it not as straightforward?
Wrote this off so anything is better than nothing
From the December RNS;
"StartArt completed its 10th anniversary show at the Saatchi Gallery in October and is currently negotiating with the Saatchi Gallery and an alternative venue for an extended 5 year contract. Announcements are due to be made in early January.".
We're now into mid Jan, are these announcements through RNS or is there another outlet they are being communicated on?
It feels like the hold up was more towards the 2023 interims and on-going debt than the 2022 accounts. To prevent them knowingly trading insolvent they've had to tackle the debt issues. I'm fairly confident that this will trade again given the number of parties who've agreed to convert monies owed to shares and doing so at 3p. Be interesting to see how the investor conversations carry on over the next month. The wait goes on...
Pretty simple question... who is sharing contradictory information with you. You're asking for others to show some respect but where is your self respect? Just look at how contradictory your own posts are, what happened to not posting? Its pretty clear if anyone is talking to you they are winding you up and humouring you. Its completely out of your control, concentrate on what you can control like having a good Christmas with family/friends. Nothing is happening here, it's done for.
