Nothing is certain to 2 bag on AIM, but MFAI is as close as you will get.10 Jul 2024 16:57
Thinking of HUM ,this share is very similar , in certain ways. HUM had been asked by the FDA to re evaluate its procedures , before re listing its CAR-T drug for approval. The FDA told HUM what it must do. HUM gave us an RNS stating that it had followed the recommended path. The FDA had, by its own rules, 30days to asses and reply to the application.
I read all this and to me the chances of success seemed to be very high, 80-90 %, i suppose. I got in about 2.20 and continually added up to 3.5p. When the positive decision from the FDA came in , on the last possible day, i might add, the SP was over 4p. The price shot up to 6p and started selling. Got out at 4.5p and made 20k. Of course,it could have gone the other way, but the evidence pointed against this.
Why is MFAI similar , you may ask. Well , its the evidence and the weight behind the evidence . Look at the facts
Mindflair owns a percentage of a company that owns a percentage of another company that has just been bought out for $450m. To cut a long story short, this means £4m, will be coming into MFais coffers if Infinite Reality floats on NASDFAQ, at the promise price of $3.5 billion. The float is promised for the 3rd Q .ie. September. No one floats Q4. IR is a company that has put together a tasty group of AI VR related companies, the in thing in the current market. But, thats not what sold me.
A group of wealthy families have invested $350 m in IR at at $5.1billion valuation . Thats a 50% premium to the expected issue price.
If IR does 50% on day 1 and reaches their valuation, the MFAI will get 50% more , as the original purchase of their investment company was for stock.
So,you have a group of financially smart families investing hundreds of millions at a 50% premium for a float on NASDAQ, the worlds premier technology exchange. This bodes extremely well for MFAi and the future of the SP. The earlier you get in, the more you make.
in the end ,its all about likelihood and risk . MFAI, wins on both accounts.
