What amuses me is that Glasenberg could easily afford to buy ZIOC at a fair price with his own money and still make a decent return.

When Mr Market finally wakes up he'll have a hard time buying! £10 by next Xmas wouldn't surprise me! I really hope the low number of shares in issue remains the same - it would be a huge mistake for SAGA to try expanding their business and issuing more shares. Much better to sell the brand as it is. And it's worth a lot more than the current Mkt. Cap.

Scottish Investment Trust hasn't managed to double their investors money over the past 10 years so them buying ZIOC could be the kiss of death! Looking ahead, after the Zanaga Jackpot (whatever the size), I'm looking to invest in Property (hopefully after the inevitable crash) and the Stock Market can twiddle its thumbs more or less without me. Of course, I will always maintain a trading account but the percentages are always more important than the money involved. Probably just as well...

Granted but ZIOC is unlike other AIM stocks as it has a hulking big brother in tow. Obviously, fund managers are seriously lacking in imagination/information which is why they are where they are today. Hopefully ZIOC investors know better!

Choose the Optimism Level with which you are most comfortable. Sooner or later Zanaga's iron ore will be extracted. The current SP would indicate shareholders could have a very long wait. Meanwhile, does ZIOC really have no institutional investors? Surely some maverick would have risked a tiny fraction of his fund? If not, he's an idiot! This week's Telegraph Fantasy Fund Manager winner was invested entirely in Mining shares. I expect ZIOC to be # 1 Top Riser one of these days.

Of course they're all corrupt! They operate at a higher level to the rest of us and it's a miracle when a judge sends one of them to prison. As for MCLS - I thought the RNS was a good one under the circumstances and the plunge was just MMs making money. Doesn't explain the incredibly low Mkt. Cap. compared to over £1bn turnover.

This week I increased my holding in LBE @ 79.999p which looked cheap! Looking forward to buying KIST at a similar price which implies a 33% fall from here. DYOR!

Yes, that would be amusing but also very embarrassing for the BOD. How do we get out of this impasse? Are deals being attempted? At what price? Has £2 been rejected? I'm sure most of us would be happy with that price so we can move on.
ZIOC is a sitting duck in a seller's market - how difficult must it be to agree a price? Don't be greedy!

With 1,958 previous posts you may be new here and deserve an answer: DYOR! We are living in strange times and SAGA looks very undervalued to me but not to Mr Market! I can't see dividends being reinstated for at least 5 years but the SAGA brand is worth a lot more than the current SP. It's my second-largest holding after ZIOC which says a lot! Any sensible investor would have £1k invested in ZIOC just in case it's a 100-bagger.

With so few shares available it's hard to buy. Try lowering your expectations! I managed to buy 1,000 shares this week without any trouble. Over 1,000 looked like huge trouble! I see KIST has lost momentum!
