I dunno but I'm surprised the SP isn't 0.5p by now if the future's so incredibly bright. And it always baffles me why a persistent seller would persist selling only to see the SP rocket afterwards - are they that stupid?

What exactly is a "rollover"? And again, why at that price? Since then I note two trades of 666,700 @ 1.60 and 1.604 which I guess is a Bed & ISA. That trade appears to have driven the SP down which is crazy! Makes me think you don't have to be mad to invest in PXEN but it helps! Fundamentals should mean PXEN is a good investment from now on. Can't see a Director buying shares in the company if he thought it was just to finance Ed's lifestyle!

How I hate that phrase! Reminds me of Chinese Water Torture... This week I sold the ZIOC shares I bought on a T + 20 and banked a 9% profit. ZIOC remains 44% of my PF but who's counting? Recklessly I have offered to guarantee any losses should a dear friend invest £1k in ZIOC via her financial advisor who has managed a 33% return on her money over the past 11 months. About par for the course while a tracker fund would've returned 24%. Meanwhile, my PF was up 225% which I find very disappointing! So many squandered opportunities... TUL had a disastrous entry on the ASX which I'd rather not talk about. At least I can now generate a huge loss for CGT purposes after being in limbo for many years. As for ZIOC - tick tock

You're probably right but why was the trade done at a much higher price than others at the time? If the sale crystallized a loss then surely the lower the price the better for CGT purposes?

After one Buy - it doesn't take much to move the SP but I suspect the two late reported 2m Buys had more to do with it. Follow the money? In theory, PXEN could be an excellent investment: NAV exceeds Mkt. Cap. and future profits could do too.

Plenty of negative comments which are perfectly justified. Sad to see a placing + warrants which increased the shares in issue by 84% yet the SP didn't plunge correspondingly. Maybe Mr Market thinks the future is bright? I'm happy to hold as PXEN is only 1.6% of my PF. That could mean I own 1m shares!

Your cynicism does you credit but if you're not happy with the way Business is conducted in Africa why are you invested in ZIOC? It's a huge worry and probably explains the ridiculously low SP. But our partner GLEN is very experienced in these matters for which I'm truly grateful. Meanwhile, I'm more than happy to add another slow burner to my PF. Hopefully the outcome will be as explosive as ZIOC. My current strategy has been to buy shares in Commodity companies with very few shares available but it doesn't take long for the kibosh to arrive via placings etc. Some placings are better than others: I can accept BRD's weather-related reasons but PXEN adding free warrants to cheap shares just piles on the agony.

You're ramping while I mention other companies in passing! Thanks but I'm fully extended at the moment. I did mention on here that I'd invested in ATM at the time and now look at it! Looking forward to Monday when Norseman Gold now known as Tulla Resources returns to the Australian Market. Despite the 1 for 600 share consolidation it's looking good (he says hopefully). 95% down is infinitely preferable to 100%! Maybe it won't be so bad - I'll report next week.

Not content with one investment in the Congo (other Congos are available) , this week I invested in KP2 - any thoughts?
They appear to be in the same boat as ZIOC i.e. huge resource in search of a fairy godmother. Apart from that, my PF had a disappointing week what with ATM rocketing 45% while ORR plunged 20% and it ended the week up a disappointing 0.48% which isn't worth writing home about. The sooner the Zanaga Jackpot arrives the better! It's currently 50% of my PF which is bonkers but nothing ventured... Meanwhile, so many other shares (and the UK Stock Market) are ridiculously overvalued.

Yes, investing in AIM companies is difficult! The only advice is DYOR. And spread your Risk. Stick to the Fundamentals and your reasonable expectations. Maybe identify an undervalued sector before identifying the undervalued companies within it. I've done well lately with investments in REE companies but already the prices are tumbling! Hopefully short-term if I can believe the Fundamentals. I've banked some profits but still remain invested for the long-term. As for TWD, it's my 5th largest holding - DYOR! Apologies for two previous posts appearing 71 minutes apart but the first one apparently disappeared only to reappear.

Some investors have sold out after finally losing patience. Even I thought about selling 20% of my holding but FOMO stopped me! Worst possible scenario has to be at least a 10-bagger from here, surely? The endless wait is corrosive - maybe it's intended to keep the SP low so a takeover bid can lay claim to the highest price over however long they look back? Eternally the optimist I'm expecting the unexpected! Let's hope it's not bad news. Alternatively, if 1000 investors whom I don't know chose to buy 500,000 shares each where would it end? Tantalising and possibly a better exit than the takeover offer itself - think on!

Due to lack of News. I feel the same way about TWD as I should've felt with TSTL where I sold @ 23p and it hit 675p! Lack of patience can cost dear. Small British Companies must be worth investing in and this one has world-beating technology.

...pending News - hopefully good! I've already taken my position at a higher SP but several new contract wins could easily see the SP double or treble from here. Place your bets!

With future profits set to exceed Mkt. Cap. this still looks a good investment - I've increased my holding 121% @ 42.25p so the Sea of Red should really include some Blue.

Tulla Resources returns to the Market next week. Unfortunately, during NGL's absence there's been a 600-1 Share Consolidation which more or less wipes out AIM investors unless I'm missing something.

Don't get too complacent! Admittedly, similar shares to LBE are trading far higher than their IPO but so what?
