Regardless of Ed's performance the company finds itself with a huge discount to NAV and future profits higher than current Mkt. Cap. Place your bets!

Zero interest = a long wait for a rise in the SP but when the herd arrive it's got to hit 150p!

Thanks for your reasoned response and nobody can ever research enough! Definitely interested in CGO and I'm thinking their Gold interests could possibly dwarf their Coal interests... If Gold takes off, tiny miners will benefit disproportionately.

It's all turning very ugly yet the top dogs are supposedly aligned with the rest of the shareholders. I don't think this is a lifestyle company as employees have taken shares in lieu of salary in expectation of a jackpot just like the rest of us. The BOD might appear useless but their hands are tied. Assuming nobody was interested in a takeover offer for ZIOC at a price the BOD rebuffed however low. Blame must be apportioned squarely at GLEN's door with their extra share which is worth £billions. Unfortunately, GLEN is like a very large ship that takes ages to respond to a change in course. Maybe new Management will do a deal while Iron Ore prices are where they are. It's all very depressing.

It seems IPO is no longer an Investment Trust but it might as well be and I'm hoping it will outperform its erstwhile peers.

You can lead a horse to water but he will never see IPO as the best-performing Investment Trust of 2021.

There's mounting opposition to anything that's not Green and circumstances could suddenly change. CGO looks interesting on the grounds that future profits should exceed current Mkt. Cap. but that's no guarantee the SP will rise. See PXEN who are involved in much cleaner energy.

Calm down! "There are literally a billion reasons AT would say nothing at all" - name all billion! Meanwhile, in the real world another week has passed without a jackpot. "Tough" as my X-Wife would say. ZIOC is currently 42% of my PF and shrinking and I'm underwater. Meanwhile, some of my other investments are doing OK as I'm sure other ZIOC investors' are. Time to file ZIOC in the bottom drawer for another 10 years while wishing to sue the BOD for being useless? Whatever happened to shareholder value?

I don't deramp! Occasionally I might ramp but who wouldn't encourage others to invest in undervalued assets? The 237% profit is perfectly true . It's a huge red flag when dissenters are told to "bugger off you tool". Last week I sold 50% of my holding in RMM and banked a 107% profit before it plunged because I was dismayed to see doubters belittled. I'll be interested to see where the CRTM SP is post-megadeal. Personally, I think Hydrogen is the future which means rare earths won't be that critical.

Popples: nobody likes to be "fleeced" but we are where we are! Where is the queue to buy the Zanaga Project? At any price! Has anyone offered 20p for ZIOC shares? Some shareholders would bite their hand off!
Sidneysideline: GLEN are in control of this project. Jumelles are irrelevant. And ZIOC investors have never found the kitchen too hot! Invest in ZIOC and put your shares in the freezer is more like it! The biggest worry for me is that all this inactivity leads to them losing their Mining Licence. Hopefully GLEN can put in a good word...

ZIOC has always been a high risk investment - why would you have ever thought otherwise?
High risk = high reward except when it doesn't!

Good luck to the rest of you! What led me to sell and bank a 237% profit was KIST's performance after the so-called wonderful deal. Companies like this have a mountain to climb.

We can only hope! But TWD would appear to be on the brink of huge expansion. I'm expecting a takeover before that happens.
£10 per share looks reasonable.

Sooty: I think you're starting to fear you've missed out! Buy now! If £5 a share wouldn't change your life you must hold very few shares or be a billionaire. Either way, ZIOC could still increase your wealth.
