Will tenders actually be opened in public today or will the GoT come up with another new process. It must be about 50:50. SEPCO must also be thinking that they will get their new delay anyway because it will take LC et al at least a month to hold a board meeting and come up with an answer. My real guess is yes on the opening of tenders and a RNS next week saying that SEPCO have been given another 3 months but this will definitely be their last chance (unless they need to delay again)

CF - I am sorry but that is a ridiculous, head in the sand, namby pamby post. This board is not just for blowing smoke up the CEO’s backside, it’s for views and thoughts, positive or negative, good or bad. You obviously live in a wonderful world where a bit of patience and positive thought makes everything better. Good for you, but for most it isn’t like that. Business is about making decisions, building relationships and making investors money. So far KIBO scores zero out of three. If that puts a smile on your face great, for most it doesn’t and they ask serious and sensible questions. Welcome to the real world.

I seriously doubt LC has anything to chuckle about. Anyone who is so gullible that they believe an AIM CEO is per se great/perfect should not be investing. Challenging is sensible. If anyone really wants to give us all a laugh please outline why LC is doing such a great job without ignoring the current SP.

We issued so many new shares we probably could have had a go at calling an EGM.

Keith I agree. LC is not a bad person just incapable of making anything happen regardless of with whom he is dealing. I could make excuses or give reasons for his inability but can’t think why I should be doing that any more. It’s way way past the time for him to actually deliver something, anything.

I think I have learned a lot from a protracted period of time on the board.

So the no PPA or SML required statement in the RNS was not accurate?

Do we need to do to get LC to talk with PI’s? He appears to be afraid or incapable of explaining what is going on. Why was the urgent placing? Why really no director buys? How are we going to fund 4 projects? Why no interest in the SP?
What was the innovative funding award for? Are GE getting involved or are they about to do the dirty on us? Etc etc etc.

No. LC’s handling of SEPCO smacks of incompetence and naivety. He has allowed them to string us along. There is no way it should have got to the RNS on Monday.

In all honesty I think it’s now time to look for someone else to replace LC. He is obviously way out of his depth and incapable of taking things forward. I have, in my mind, written off my investment in KIBO but would like to see if someone other than LC is able to rescue something from the current mess. The fact that LC is afraid to face shareholders rather than to reply occasionally to managed Q & A’s just adds to my frustration. I can no longer sit on the fence I would like a change of management as a last resort.

And the SP ‘holding well’ is also no longer the case. Drifted down a further 5% in last couple of days. I am starting to feel like the only idiot that has not either sold up or ‘reduced’ their holding.

I would also expect outcome of board meeting by Friday.

We are way overdue some positive news showing forward momentum. This does not include LC issuing more shares for more unfunded projects but consolidation of what we already have. A quick, decisive, and clearly
explained outcome from the board meeting would also be welcome.

Do we have any idea when the board are meeting to discuss SEPCO? One would have thought that it might be a priority. I presume we will hear about the tender opening on Friday?

Glad to hear you in such fine form. I am all good too thanks. Not happy sitting on a very hefty paper loss but it is only money and life will certainly go on. I would love LC to be a hero as I have a lot to gain if he is, but no matter how I try, or he tries, he has not been cutting the mustard for some time. I am not calling him names or asking for him to be removed but purely saying it as I see it, which is far from good. He still has time to pull a rabbit out of the hat and I will be the first to congratulate him. I love a nice glass of Rioja, enjoy.
