Either way JD's point regarding shares being used for payment at a SP 5.25p bodes extremely well. We may yet see SEPCO dive in with both feet and LC may already know that this is going to happen. Let's see.

Because you are clueless. Whatever happened we were never going to end up with 150m shares. It was always going to be at least 500m or more likely a billion. So you actually believed the company was going to be valued at £1- £2 billion. Ridiculous. You’ve called nothing right. You are totally deluded.

But Sandersons might say ‘hold on you valued it at $100m for us when it wasn’t so advanced’ so that = 9p. Just mulling.

So if SEPCO decided that things are now moving and wanted to buy in they could be looking at 140m shares to give them 15%. What price might we be looking at? 2p, 3p, 5p? 5p would only value the resulting business at £47m with £7m cash in the bank.

Even though we have pretty much dropped back to the all time low at 0.7p. The SP is so painful and many are concerned that there will be a placing even lower. The sooner we get funding sorted the sooner good news such as MLs and PPA agreements can begin to add to the SP rather than detract from it as we have seen in recent weeks.

To my knowledge the ONLY opportunity to engage with LC in the past 12+ months has been the investors’ evening back in January. He takes no calls and does not respond to emails or messages. Perhaps others have a different experience? I wonder if LC picks and chooses with whom he engages based purely on their level of unquestioning positivity. If so that would be a very poor show to say the least.

I have no doubt that LC is working very hard to make KIBO a success. His actual ability to do so is an entirely different question. I am intrigued Wimbo that you are able to provide proof of just how hard he is working and that our partners are all chuffed with where we are at present along with current SP. Please would you tell how you know where and what LC is and has been doing and to which of our partners you have spoken.

I have to agree that is a weird RNS. Sounds a bit desperate if progress is now defined as paying for our licences.

However the SP following the mining licence approvals and the news today shows just how little faith there is in LC. Even today's news is all non-binding which, given KIBO's track record makes it pretty meaningless. We have had more letters of intent, MOUs and non-binding agreements than you can shake a stick at.
