To be honest in my head I have written off the remainder of my investment here. I live in hope that LC shocks us all and actually delivers something but it is genuinely more hope than expectation. This just runs and runs and runs. It does have all the required attributes of a BOD lifestyle company. It just does.

There is no question it had to be included in the AGM. My question was that we have all known this for a considerable number of months and the AGM has been delayed almost to the very last possible moment.

But oh for a RNS that has a long term positive effect on the SP.

I wonder why it has taken so long for today's RNS to come out? Either something is about to happen or something which was expected to happen did not happen? Who knows?

My only concern is that today's RNS is the 'big' news for September. It was always going to happen so lets get on with some interesting news on real, actual, proper, value-adding progress.

Much more of the same progress and we will be consolidating again in 6 months' time. If only the company spent as much time actually delivering something tangible rather than constantly changing its brokers, advisers and capital structure along with entering multiple potential long term agreements for stuff that never seems to materialise. We may well not be diluted to oblivion but this is so effing tedious. I couldn't give a monkeys what the par value of my shares is but I would like to see the SP rise instead of perpetually falling. Its way past time for LC to 'WORRY' about the share price. After all it the only reason we are all here.

I think it is time for some further evidence.

The SP will be solely dictated by whether the company actually achieves anything or not. ‘Achieves’ = PPA and FC as Mike points out.

That’s another KIBO summer been and gone. From the heady heights of 1.2p to 0.75p. Perhaps autumn will provide a more fruitful period. Fingers crossed.

Mike I think the lack of replies to your question speaks volumes in itself. I, for one, have absolutely no idea what will come next and, perhaps even more importantly, no clue as to when it might arrive. The next news could be a deluge of all the items on your list and it could (but unlikely) be today or tomorrow or it could be a RNS informing us of yet another letter of intent for yet another supplier to provide goods or services at some unspecified future date if we were to get any project up and running. Some serious progress on all the projects is way way overdue.

4.2p would now feel like a massive win as I would break even.
