I laughed when I read your last post because it is almost certainly bang on the money. The 'non-binding' bit is a given. LC is a master at those.

The next RNS will without doubt be a complete diversion from what everyone is looking for, that is some serious movement on our existing African projects. My money is on a new renewables project. LC is building a portfolio of projects in the same way as every week I am building a portfolio of new, losing, lottery tickets.

Good to hear from you Pauly I hope all is well (all the important stuff that is). You make a very valid point and I apologise. There is absolutely no reason to assume 2021 anymore than any of the other years that have been and gone. The biggest windup in the last Q & A was the following sentence 'Given their vast scale, the development of these projects could never offer a quick route to profits but rather a longer-term path to significant value add; the Company has never suggested otherwise'. It is a complete an utter load of BOLL***S as LC supplied timeframe after timeframe and missed everyone. I really don't know how he had the nerve or temerity to even write that.

£4m of our Market cap is our share of KAT. KIBO itself remains values at £5m or 0.4p a share. (i.e. nothing) LC is hardly playing a blinder.

Considering the large number of 'Next Steps' in the corporate presentation in December it is not at all surprising that since then not a single one has been ticked off the list. Classic KIBO, classic LC I am sorry to say. I think as with all KIBO timings, 2020 being a good year at best means some news in between Xmas and New Year if we are lucky but more likely 2021.

One day we may have some actual KIBO news all of our own. We can but hope.

To new shareholders the warrants look like a great idea, to LTHs they are an effing disaster.

The warrants are mainly a huge gift to the BOD and the major shareholders. Sanderson will exercise them and dump them at the first opportunity to make a profit. We aren’t talking about a handful here but 650 million of them to raise a mere £6m. It’s a ridiculous number of shares at ridiculously low prices, in a ridiculously long timeframe. If LC believes his own stories then surely, in the short term he would expect the company to be worth more than the £40+ already spent on it with 1bn+ shares already in issue. So one would have thought 4p eminently achievable and then raise more funds on the way up instead of at 0.45 and then locking in 0.8p and 1p. Atrocious business acumen in so many ways.

I think most LTH would have preferred a ‘firm base’ at higher SP than 0.8p e.g. 2p or 3p. The fact that there might be one at 0.8p doesn’t make the warrants ‘right’. They remain a complete joke and make LC look like a chancer. Good day today though (particularly when compared with 2 years of non-stop SP falls). Just saying how it is. No pessimism in there at all.

I have been asking for a new (first) broker note for some time with evidently no luck. I too am bewildered as to why LC refuses to provide as much positive (he’s never going to offer negative) but reasonable information as possible. No one is asking him to provide blow by blow accounts of PPA negotiations but there is a happy medium between that and the meaningless stuff we do get. If the broker can’t value KIBO then how is the market expected to do so?

I have a pretty good idea of the cojones that were required for the recent sizeable increase in your holding. Mine were sadly too small but I suspect our total investment here is very similar.

Cheers JD. The truth is that I am hoping new holders such as TTP benefit from a 6 bagger (so I break even) or even better a 10 bagger. However I cannot change sit back and listen to posters telling everything here is great because so far it is far from that.
