Just so we can fully appreciate your post Moneymaker just how much patience have you used up so far with KIBO? I.e. how long have you held? If it’s a long time, I.e. years then you are preaching from a sound position. If it’s a few weeks or months then your arrogance would be astounding as you are asking those who have already shown unbelievable amounts of patience to take advice from someone who has yet to show any patience. LTHs by definition are exhibiting phenomenal amounts of patience with a company and CEO who have done nothing other than decimate their investments. They have every right to criticise and don’t need new holders to tell them to stop whining.

And a typical of spread of 20-25% for anyone thinking of trading. Either way 0.25% stamp duty is the least of anyone’s problems

I have to be honest that did make me laugh against a backdrop of a 90-95% drop in the SP.

The last RNS was a complete wind up. Particularly the bit about no one ever saying it was a quick process. After 5 years LC seems to be suggesting that he is allowed to reset the clock back to day 1. That is the problem we have here.

Not really surprising given the silence from the company.

LC will no doubt look for a big chunk of shares at a discount along with warrants. Caveat Emptor.

There will be significant dilution

Oh for any news. We were expecting PPAs by end of last year. Maybe these will arrive at some point in 2020.

I am going out on a limb here in suggesting this week will be yet another week with no news on PPAs, mining licences, feasibility studies, funding or anything else that might be useful to know regarding the African projects. At some point you would expect such a prediction to be wrong but this is KIBO.

Anyone who has bought in at 0.5/0.6p has to make money here unless LC tries really hard. Fair play to them but it is still pretty annoying for LTHs who will not exactly be rejoicing at 1 or 1.2p unlike them and warrant holders (AKA The BOD). There is a compelling argument to average down but having done that all the way down from 6p to 0.45p I have reached my limit because there is still a chance for LC to completely mess up e.g. buy more stuff, consolidate and issue another 2bn shares and then do it again.

I think LC just doesn’t have a strategy he just goes with whatever he can get as long as the company stays alive.

If anyone needs evidence of how poor LC’s business skills are just take a look at Haneti which he stated on numerous occasions was the most exciting one of KIBO’s 3 flagship projects (all went nowhere) and could be a $/£500m business on its own. He has flogged 25-35% of it off for the price of a second hand car.

Aerial I never have any problem with you posting the SP movements. It is always welcome plus what is happening on level 2.

Unless you are trading this the daily movements are pretty meaningless. We need news and a permanent rerate rather than fluctuations based on nothing. Even the increase in KATs MC is not reflected in our SP. it appears that LC is, as usual, more than happy to wait for as long as it takes. TBH with his £250k remuneration supplemented by the odd discounted placing plus warrants why would he be in any hurry?

LC must be the only CEO to have objectives for this year which end in March. His only other timeline is that ‘2020 looks like being a good year’. If you didn’t laugh........

I thought LC wanted to be involved with energy and not mining but he is incapable of delivering anything related to energy. Who would like to take my bet that MED is late/delayed?
