In fact probably the complete opposite
One thing I know for sure Woofer is that he knows absolutely nothing more than me. wink wink
you must have around £400k invested here now as I guess you had 11 million before which you must have bought in the 3p+ times. GL to you though. Unlike the old days if you make a killing now I might break even now with around half your investment but a fraction of the shares.
actually probably close to 1p i guess
You must have some idea in order to know at what point you break even. 2p?
what is your average now Wimbo?
The problem with his ‘whenever’ attitude is that it causes more and more dilution. This will end up with a 1:10 consolidation and then the headroom will be used up with more placings and any equity participation. So ignoring the consolidation there will be the equivalent of 50 billion shares which LC has already indicated in his previous failed attempt. Even a 1p SP therefore equates to a market cap of £500m with a mere 25 billion only £250m. LC has set this up to be a complete disaster whatever he does from here onwards. We could of course end up with only 20 or 25 billion shares but LC’s attitude suggests otherwise.
If it was 51/49 in favour I reckon LC still wouldn't give a toss.
So LC has another year of achieving absolutely nothing ahead of him. What a waste of time.
I reckon its all going great. Projects are all progressing well and will continue to do so for years to come or as long as placings can still be made. The lack of news on Baobab, MED, Sloane and EDM is a complete disgrace. If LC has anything to say today a further drop in the SP is inevitable.
Personally I find it impossible to understand why anyone would not understand the doom mongering here. Currently the company has nothing to say on any of the projects even though they all have missed timelines again and again and continue to do so. There is little if no reason for optimism.
It has the feel of a business that is about to call it a day. The silence, given the outstanding and overdue progress updates is remarkable.
Is that months and months just go by with no activity. LC is wrongly ambivalent about this as it causes massive amounts of unnecessary dilution for absolutely nothing other than paying salaries.
Tanzania Electricity Corporation (TANESCO) has entered into an agreement to purchase electricity from small producers of six private companies, which will enter directly into the national grid and be used in various parts of the country........................ - I think we can presume they don’t include KIBO.
We should be getting the Baobab PPA at the same time as the EDM one as that is due in the next 3 weeks. Oh and the completion of the Bordesley site with production too. Yeah sure we will. I am predicting zero out of three as that is an easy guess given KIBO’s history. Sloane IPO?
P.s. I believe some LTHs have already written off losses and are back for another try. GL to all.
Aerial - not strange in the slightest. I didn’t give a timeframe and actually said ‘end up’ which is a perfectly sensible and reasonable view. Are you saying this is impossible or highly unlikely or just unlikely. Unless it’s the former (which would be a ridiculous view given the SP performance to-date) then there is absolutely nothing strange whatsoever about my comment. I will be one of those LTHs writing off a loss at some stage. That’s almost certain in my view.
Jim. I think most LTHs will end up writing off losses here. Even 0.5p seems a long long way away. Lets hope i am wrong though.
We (Including you) have been waiting for 'imminent' news for years now. The useful news never actually arrives but in its place we get corporate reorganisations and placings all of which have unquestionably (even the most ardent supporter of LC could not disagree) destroyed value. How much longer can 'imminent' last? Will LC get there first with some news of real progress or will the next placing see the remainder of our shares headroom disappear first at a ridiculously low SP plus warrants? As LC has said 'timelines will come and go' but he ignores the fact that they are at a tremendous cost to existing shareholders. Place your bets. (Posted by a 'non-holder' of course)
