Back to 0.19p (other posters may have their own special' bid prices). The Baobab news is likely to go the same way as the KAT news today, i.e. there is none and no new date. How LC remains as the CEO is one of life's biggest mysteries.

Another placing which becomes more and more inevitable as each day passes will leave zero headroom for any equity participation. A consolidation is pretty much guaranteed.

I am hoping for the Baobab PPA to land any minute. The problem then is how quickly will LC move to hive off Moz into a newco. He appears to have an agenda to leave KIBO with nothing of any value other than tiny holdings in anything which might make some money. It is a serious concern.

If LC ever wonders why KIBO is almost worthless he need look no further than all the statements on timing of the Baobab PPA.

If you are asking would I have sunk a huge (all relative) amount of cash into a reserve power company I can categorically say NO. I was investing in MCPP (no idea what’s happening with that), Gold (given away) and Nickel (given away). In place of the giveaways (we will end up with a tiny share) we have Bots (dead in the water) and Moz (who knows?). Apart from not exercising my ongoing choice to sell up my investment has been turned into something I never would have invested in at the price I did. 0.2p for Moz, MED/Sloane and a tiny share of KAT is probably a good entry point though. If I am absolutely honest I would say I know a lot more about KIBO than Mr. Mir but of course you are free to take or leave anyone's views. I am neither a buyer or seller but await anxiously to see how long LC can string out 'a few weeks' before accepting he has to admit yet another delay. Its Friday so not too anxiously though.

TBF he has been talking tosh about KIBO for as long as me. He knows nothing more than the rest of us and generally just either repeats what others have said or states the bleeding obvious. Just saying.

Laguna. Contrary to some posts on here I remain heavily invested in terms of cash but with an average of 2p not as many shares as many holders here now. Sadly I have never sold a single share. I am genuinely annoyed with LC not just because I am sitting on a 90% loss but because of his complete lack of transparency. He doesn’t just not perform but comes out with such tosh in his news releases and seems oblivious to the effect on his and more importantly KIBO’s standing. When all is said and done I remain here because there is still a chance that the company could be worth either £70m with 3.5 billion shares in issue or £100m with 5 billion and I walk away breaking even. Either way it will take a lot for me not to bale out at 1p and cut my losses. I can’t go with the ‘clean slate’ because my high average is largely a result of LC’s ineptitude but I hope all holders make an absolute killing from here as without it I will end up writing off a lot of cash. We need to see serious progress other than corporate restructuring and placings I.e. an actual project fully funded and either producing or on its way to producing revenue. GL to all holders .

To be honest Laguna I think today's gain is meaningless in magnitude. A 25% gain and hold of that gain would be more noteworthy. I can currently sell for a 0 .22p which is pretty much as bad it has been for a number of months. I think your question must be tongue in cheek?

Expectations on next news in no particular order. 1. Sloane IPO has ‘successfully’ completed and raised a whole £1m so we have flogged off 49% of MED for £500k less flotation expenses of £100k. 2. Baobab PPA delayed until end of Q1 2021 due to COVID. 3. Further placing and warrants on remaining 1.5 billion shares at 0.1-0.15p. Good here init? Good job it’s only money though. 'a state or period of stagnation or depression' - We have definitely not stagnated but rather regressed over the past 2 years. It's way past time for a change at the top. LC remains incapable of doing any deal which benefits all shareholders.

LC is extremely busy achieving absolutely nothing. The Sloane IPO will be top of the list as its another salary opportunity.

The question is at what point will LC tell us it has been delayed by COVID until the end of the first quarter next year. No Baobab PPA means no re-rate which means no warrants exercised which means another placing at 0.1p and another 1.5 billion shares. This share is a complete disaster.

I am aware that frustration with LC is increasing in areas where previously it was not. He is definitely exasperating almost everyone now and it is becoming very difficult to give him the benefit of doubt.

If only KIBO could harness the energy from the huge amounts of hot air contained in every RNS. 'a few weeks' - the guy is a complete disgrace.
