Brilliant news on UK Gov contract but also like the confirmation in the RNS on HVIVO's 24 bed facility;
hVIVO's state of the art, category 2 facility at Queen Mary's Bioenterprise Centre, London, will continue to be used to deliver the Company's traditional challenge study contracts, particularly respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and is booked to maximum capacity until Summer 2021.

Media companies are among the quickest to recover when economic conditions begin to improve. UK shares like this benefit from a sudden spike in advertising budgets as companies splash the cash to make the most of improving consumer confidence. A recent poll from an ad technology giant suggests investors won’t need to wait long for this industry rebound either. This showed that 70% of respondents expect their marketing budgets to improve year-on-year in 2021. I’d buy ITV shares to ride this trend. Its forward price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 9 times looks too cheap to miss.

Even on a crap day like today my portfolio is kept alive by my best two performing shares ORPH & GGP. Neck and neck to see which one multibags the most for me but I'm happy. GLA

Hi Solley, hope you're well. I saw that Naked Trader is still buying ITV in the hope of a takeover. He suggests that could be around 120p. I'm waiting to see what happens happy to continue holding for at least another 6 months or so. BOL

He did say in his presentation in Mid September that he would need to do a further placing. Better now to get it out of the way IMHO. GLA

If you listen to the presentation on the LSE website from last week, then CF confirms only 1 contract so far is COVID related. I'm in this for the long haul and expect the SP to continue its climb. GLALTH

Volunteers who take part in hVivo’s influenza challenge studies receive up to £3,750 compensation. The payment for Covid-19 trials is likely to be somewhat higher because the isolation will last longer — potentially as long as a month.

The hVivo facility could be divided into three zones of eight beds each, to test three different vaccines at the same time. There is likely to be intense demand for its services and larger facilities may be opened later.
