Help more investors engage with UK plcs by modernising the Companies Act: Give beneficial shareholders the right to direct info on plcs they invest in & plcs the right to visibility of who their shareholders are, make email a requirement to shareholding registration, & recognise digital AGMs.

Outdated legislation stops shareholder voices being heard. Almost half of individual shareholders can’t directly engage with the company they invest in, as they invest via platforms, the rest are constrained by a paper-based system. At the same time, companies are losing sight of who their investors are. Digital first reform will be better for shareholders, better for business and ultimately, better for Britain – making the UK a more attractive place to invest and to list.

Last time I tried to vote at the GST AGM the only ability to vote was only available, if you had paper share certificates, not good enough.

Nano, no I haven’t.
Thought my time would be better spent sorting something to diversify in to.
I looked at what I was in my portfolio before throwing it all in here, and picked 3 out, so now I have dreams I thought Nanoco would provide Elsewhere again.
They all seem to be a lot better than how this is going.

At the point where we were waiting after announcement of settlement agreed.
90% of all my investments was held within Nanoco, just waiting for the payday.
Once LOAM set off on there inside knowledge spending spree I should have joined them.
This has cost me dearly and made the decision I had to diversify even though I am now losing, you could imagine how much as the share price was 68p now not worth settlement value.
Very upset we have not been informed of anything towards near future.
I am still holding 60% but that could change if they are unwilling to update PI’s.

GLA hope it eventually turns around for us by 2025.

We definitely need to get past the first hurdle in 3 weeks.
To be honest I’d always thought we were in that process, but obviously read something incorrectly.
Down quite a lot since my 2.2 buy in.

Think I’ll just stick to my understanding below from the link you supplied, just confusing me when I try to accept it could have an 181% fluctuation.
A cryptocurrency which has a value that is pegged, or tied, to that of another currency, commodity or
financial instrument.

Thank you jiffy. Had a little read of it, and it is as I suspected.
But still don’t quite understand how currencies don’t have that fluctuation if linked.

Coalculus coin rises 181% today looking good for GST GLA)

Morning all. Am I missing something here, I thought coalculus was a stable coin linked to currencies and not a speculative coun?
If someone could enlighten me. It would be appreciated.
