South Korean electronics giant Samsung has named convicted heir and de facto boss Lee Jae-yong as its executive chairman.
The symbolic move means the world's biggest smartphone maker will now be officially run by the third generation of its founding family.
Mr Lee, who was convicted of bribery and embezzlement in 2017, was granted a special presidential pardon in August.
He was imprisoned twice for bribing a former president.

Hi bourbon to dig a little deeper on my holdings with an Nanoco all that time back, my purchase initially was because of the optimism I had that it had great potential, not even once court proceedings were taken did I stray from my initial feelings that it was a great invention.
But after reading on this board as time has went bye I’m now realising that everything seems to be pinned on the court case as a lot seem to think they can just use the product for free if we don’t win this.
This is my main concern.

That is correct troublesome, I’m still in that position although I did sell a very very small amount as I needed funds.
If I sold now I could be happy but I suppose I’m greedy, hope it doesn’t go sour on me.
