Morning Lloyd, I think we’re trying to get ahead of the game, instead of them asking for further information, they would be be better off informing us that the can not progress with the application process until approval of KYC with fca.

Is it possible you could supply a timeframe to my KYC being approved. I initially started this on 1st September. Updated my proof in November. An update as to a date would be much appreciated.

The driver's license you uploaded before cannot be used for KYC. Our Compliance Department requires your proof of address (recent bank statement/utility bill/telecom) to complete the account opening application.

Morning Robert, I received one of those about 3 months ago, I then supplied them with the newly required document.

If I log in my status shows still pending.

Not worth chasing until KYC approval.
