Forget E & P and JW forecasts- IS - Q4 you forgo output flow for Royalty barrels which is cheap - as if there was no budget, then don't make sales as Oil too low and stop Maintce and investing to preserve cash - this is Arthur Daley country - when you have a 2m acres - a JV with 2 of the largest Oil firms in the World II's PI's and forgo any othe rplan for opportunity!!?? Crass management makes no sense. We never get FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE ALIGNED WITH OUTPUT. We never get ops stats - whats our storage capacity blending etc etc because its lazy financial reporting - we never feel we are in control as a shareholder - we cross fingers when an RNS is issued - compare that to GTE and Geopark, they will out pace us soon - have developed their Balance Sheets and move - at a low price as we are penny pinching and GC should have been shot - he's not an Oil MAn - he's a wine merchant FFS.

Fair play to GTE Geopark they invest, we couldn't match that commitment per capita of income PRE OXY, post OXY it's like watching a local Authority repair pot holes FFS. The OBA 3rd party tariff clearance was never in doubt and a KEY Conduit for attracting the OXY. We have invested directly the Princely sum of $4m Bucks for the pump station - say +$2m adhoc upgrades. 7 months past OXY where's the ECU RODA upgrade engineering investment bible - which will have a 12mth lead time !!?? In the implementation of a business plan the FD has a key conduit role, FD needs to model the future income, understand market complexities, the cost equations cash flow etc, and integrate the decision making - we have a docile muppett with no cogones - and the gap in our BOD presence is as wide as our drilling. The major issue with Amer - they are not communicating a cohesive 3-5yr business plan, with forecast , profit projections and integrated business model. Briefly Where is the FD who's job is to integrate between all departs and re-inforce financial budgets. CPO5 is a jewel, yes but we don't own it. The mistake I made is that Amer put all other 100% controlled operations into standby mode. JW NH have certain great points, yet this is another operational 'Time disaster' We lost control of our critical operational and trading outlook. Not forgiving. I think JW became blinded and consumed by CPO 5 wanderlust. I can't believe the entire BOD didn't argue the balanced - keep output growth going FFS , if cash tight take on debt upto $50m less than 12 mths EBITDA - the lack of continual investment in drilling has killed this SP - there is NO allowance for failure on an Eddie Shoe- string budget - hence a more robust economical model of continual investment, like Geopark GTE but at a lower debt threshold.

I have lost a brief faith with their business plan, there is a lack of discipline and consistency and the big hitters are not containing JW - who is an explorer but NO OUTPUT OPS Guy, horses for courses and the market have marked us down because of this - we need an OPS man pushing the output envelope not a drilling expert for multiple fields, Amer need to recruit an OPS Director like PMO who is Shite hot and take debt on!! the payback for a clean strike makes sense.
