What I mean is how many AIM OLLies have had a Krap H1 results with oil hitting sub $30 Feb 16 & capex curtailed, banks Mkt etc - bear sentiment and so on. H2 with Oil averaging say $45 all of a sudden Farmin/outs resurface & so suitors. So PL dragging this out 4 mths we are looking at $55/barrel Brent and Balance Sheets starting to repair i.e PMO nearing +95kbpd & debt covenants adjusted, Ithaca & AMER Early 2017 different animal - I think of Elgar Nimrod Variations come to mind - PL conductor waiting for the Bass section to recover. The representatives of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia took off from a remote region of the country known as the Yari Plains on Saturday upon the conclusion of the 10th National Guerrilla Conference, where 200 delegates voted to unanimously approve the peace deal. "We're all pulling for peace. We're going to get peace, for everyone. It's a must. We're going to the signing," the FARC's high commander Timoleon Jimenez, better known as Timochenko, said before he boarded a helicopter. Approximately 2,500 people in total are expected to witness the signing of the deal with another thousand journalists also expected to cover the event. The ceremony will be an all-day event with the actual signing occurring at 5 p.m. local time. Sorry - I meant encourage migrant labour - ARG is area wise to GB +12x UK 2.78m sqkm and 40m pop av density 14 per Sqkm UK 252/Sqkm maths are simple really if you want to grow the economy insufficient consumer density can't warrant infra structure investment etc etc - plus 5-15 yr timescale - years of defaults and currency controls left many ARG leaving town - over 10 years understand - Britain couldn't support our economy without a certain movement of overseas labour - ARG hasn't had free borders - so can't really attract global investment without movement of labour. Not 80m Argies's.but migration of labour in Continent & External - Still if he doesn't get in and the economy reverts to currency controls again - then kiss good by to Farm outs and our long term SP in country. Hi Max, thought his emphasis was good - making ARG a more attractive economy getting the fundamentals for long term investment in shape - said he needs energy/ pipelines/ infrastructure investment etc etc which should help - In my limited opinion could make access to farm outs with China easier with a more stable ARG economy. Petro AP - Macri states China is his No'1 active partner to - date as China needs food security - We could be in goldilocks territory down the line (Planning/Concession Terms YPF no limit if we hit pay dirt). Potential for a macro economic tie up down the road, now too early (Inc China & Paraguay) we could be one of very few (especially AIM listed ) could be in the frame for future deals - for PPC in 2017/8 - He must win the next election in OCt 17 - One thing for me, He loves his country properly and wants to the best for his people even making hardship decisions for their benefit. Totally agree - H block is first always - we are at 40% Concession now Again we need to get to 80% above all else in Paraguay to get any deals done. . Going back to D one last second if D block has say 50% Jac & 10% Lap we let got say 200m boe that's a strategic mistake and you then compromise PPC stake and authority in the Country - IMO this was preordained plan - remove a financial tick Gonzo for entrance level and a replace it for a monster all the way along. Obvious if 20% Lapacho is in D Block & 65% YES 65% of Jac in D block how can you progress Paraguay with 90% of D block on the open market!!!?? open for a bid and we can't buy it under our own steam unless PL 's pulled off another beauty or unless with a sleeping partner - if not we're stuck. Why would PL after $10m spend throw 90% of D Block onto the global market place blind - after Gonzo 90% expires ?? When the competition would pick up 65% of Jac & say 20% of Lapacho for bladders - no bidding auction with no commercial discovery - wildcard action superficial and leaves his Paraguay flank wide open to commercial abuse. That's not PL - there is a structure in place IMHO. Ownership of D block is key to our Paraguay growth IMHO
