The Β£5m Ransom Mkt Cap Β£180 or x3611 Sep 2018 19:59
The problem is ONLY £5m, compared to £180m Mkt Cap, that's the sad state of the x 36 leverage enjoyed by RH. This issue has festered and been allowed to continue, as everyone knows - there has been no news that directly increases earnings and reserves, they have been WIP for 5 months. The BOD need a combination of concerted effort to push out solid meaningful news that would justify a £300m Mkt Cap with at least 2 out of the N sands, Ecu bid with producing assets and reserves, plus Put 8, Indico. and Mariposa going to level 2. That demand would swallow 34m within a few weeks. There is talk of buy backs and is a good idea, I think the market would rather see direct investment in an immediate uplift in trading profits and reserves, as the most direct route to increase the MV and exiting RH. A share buy back has been known to be adverse when the market things you cannot use the funds more appropriated in growing the top and bottom line. Given the huge list of failings, Amer needs scale up and jump to the next MV, +3kbopd and +15m Reserves, applying and converting that investment is a priority. I think we are close, a combination of ground breaking drills, new fields and deals successes will get us out of the Mexican standoff. When you drill it down (PUN) RH is NOT the entire problem, our inability to grow the business and potential trading profits is THE major issue, we have regressed, although POO has been a God sent. We have invested in infrastructure and there is a natural lead time asset working at the coal face, now is the time to deliver. News Sooner than we think and the MM's can justify a £300m Mkt Cap problem gone. HNY. Last point CPO 5 - One thought Delays, Mariposa is choked down to say 3.5kbopd, if they drill back to back Indico, Sol and Aquila, if they all come in, that could be +24-30kbopd in 4-5 mths , have they got the storage, roads, and tanker transport capacity in place to sell at the well head? Although Amer stated their civils were complete 24th July, there's a lot more to be done to accommodate those 4 highly potential wells functioning as an integrated oil production complex. Just a thought, Mariposa should be back up to 4.6k and then moved on to 8-10kbopd after more perfs and deeper entry into the Net pay. GLA. I have no nails left, hence the poor typing.
