9th May Amerisur has been informed by the Operator of block Put-8, Vetra Exploration and Production (50%), that the drilling contractor has been slightly delayed in the completion of their previous contract and the spudding of Miraparriba-1 is now planned to begin in JUNE 2018
4th April -Amerisur has been informed by the Operator of block Put-8, Vetra Exploration and Production (50%), that regulatory permission has been received to drill the Miraparriba-1 This agreement removes the requirement to obtain an environmental licence for the drilling of the well, thus reducing the time before drilling can occur. The well is expected to spud in early May 2018.

Amer needs to expand reserves, has cash assets and Ecu and working with GTE could assist by buying PUT 8 OFF GTE in a Vetra acquisition. 4. Vetra & New Stratus Energy Canadian Acquisition raising equity, after a N Sands Duster and loss making, NSE will NOT be able to raise the funds to buy Vetra, now proved so Vetra's options decreasing like my patience with our BOD 5. Ecopetrol, locks GTE + Vetra into a stupid Production sharing agreement in 2013, which does not work - needs to be modified that and thereby unlock the block, so when Amer said = Vetra & Ecopetrol in talks YES, maybe allows GTE access to gain a foothold. . Quick guess, GTE get Vetra mix of cash and shares, we BUY the other 50% of PUT 8, the N sand duster was to get Put 8 cheaper as the deal probably held out for that.
